When the Vice President, a U.S. Senator, and a high-ranking judge all die mysteriously, America is left in the dark, scrambling for answers. Behind the scenes, the high-profile deaths are used as the beginning of a coup against the government. The coup is staged by Defense Secretary Heather Stanley and her brother, former president Logan Stanley. They have decided to go rogue, and they won't stop at just taking over America. They want to rule the world. To help them in their global conquest, they have invited the Zohmoorians, an evil race of reptilians. As the coup unfolds, the Zohmoorians advise Heather Stanley on how to instill fear in the American people. When a group of college students launch protest rallies around the country, Heather Stanley decides to make an example of them. She sends in an elite security force to viciously crack down on the protesters. Faced with raw, brutal government force, the students have to make a choice: fold to power, or fight the tyranny? As the Zohmoorians amass their forces and plan for an invasion of Earth, Heather Stanley ramps up her plans for using them as muscle in her global conquest. But the Zohmoorians have other plans. In the last minute, Logan Stanley catches a glimpse of what the Zohmoorians really have in mind. He confronts his sister and tries to warn her to break off her collaboration with the aliens. She refuses to listen.
