In letteratura riportato che dopo il processo di fabbricazione o purificazione di diversi biofarmaci si possono trovare varie impurit nei prodotti finali.Lo scopo di questo lavoro verificare alcuni processi produttivi e la possibilit che sostanze come i derivati del grafene come contaminanti possano essere responsabili di una risposta del sistema immunitario innato umano.Non solo nella produzione di vaccini Mrna, ma anche in altri farmaci biotecnologici.Nell'ambito di questo lavoro sono stati riportati alcuni prodotti commerciali per verificarne la composizione e l'uso farmaceutico industriale: monoliti, resine cromatografiche e microsfere magnetiche.Una relazione di causa-effetto tra i prodotti riportati, utilizzati per la purificazione di biomolecole, e le loro impurit non l'obiettivo principale di questo lavoro di ricerca, ma solo utile per sottoporre al ricercatore un'ipotesi di causa di impurit da indagare a fondo.Alcuni prodotti commerciali sono riportati solo per mostrare alcune peculiarit .
