Based on Hannah Arendt's suggestive thesis, Leandro Marcelo Cisneros explores the contents that affirm the existence of a Kantian political philosophy and, more specifically, whether its key to interpretation can be found in I. Kant's Critique of the Faculty of Judgment. Kant. In this political philosophy, the focus is on the definition of political freedom and also on the guidelines for its realization, without this action contradicting the conditions of universality and impartiality that the viewing public requires in order to judge the facts. On this last point, we ask whether aesthetic reflexive judgment is one of the ways to effectively exercise political freedom. To this end, an interpretation of politics is offered which, without detracting from its scientific dimension, values the aesthetic dimension of politics and proposes considering it a beautiful art.

Dieses Buch ist eine Analyse der Situation der gabunischen Kulturwirtschaft von 2011 bis 2017 anhand der kulturellen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Unesco und dem gabunischen Staat, nachdem 2011 das normative Instrument "Les grands axes de la politique culturelle en R publique gabonaise" verabschiedet wurde. Die Analyse des Autors zeigt, dass die Kulturindustrie in Gabun aufgrund des Fehlens einer echten Kulturpolitik und eines gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Rahmens, der den Bed rfnissen der Kulturindustrie nicht gerecht wird, Schwierigkeiten hat, sich zu entwickeln. Die UNESCO unterst tzt den Sektor technisch und finanziell mit Entwicklungshilfeprojekten, aber der Mangel an kultureller Infrastruktur, das Fehlen von Finanzmitteln und der hohe Import von Kulturprodukten sind f r die Entwicklung des Sektors nicht f rderlich. In diesem Zusammenhang empfiehlt der Autor eine echte Kulturpolitik, eine Bank zur Finanzierung der Kulturindustrie und die berufliche Ausbildung in Kulturberufen.

This book is an analysis of the situation of Gabonese cultural industries from 2011 to 2017 through the cultural cooperation between UNESCO and the Gabonese state, following the adoption in 2011 of the normative instrument "The main lines of cultural policy in the Gabonese Republic". The author's analysis shows that the cultural industries in Gabon have difficulty developing because of a lack of a real cultural policy, a legislative and regulatory framework inadequate to the needs of these industries. Unesco for its part provides technical and financial support with development support projects for this sector, but a lack of cultural infrastructure, the absence of funding, and the high level of imports of cultural products do not favor the blossoming of the sector. In this perspective, the author advocates the adoption of a real cultural policy, a bank for the financing of cultural industries and professional training in cultural professions.
