Biological Data is the thread that links three rapidly emerging fields of science i.e. Bioinformatics, System biology and Big Data, being used to understand and improve the quality of human life. The dataset ranges from the DNA sequence of an organism to gene expression levels and finally to signalling pathways. This monograph presents the interdependency of bioinformatics, System biology and Big Data, their methods, applications and future directions and challenges. Bioinformatics resources enable the study global features of a biological system that can be used for development of novel therapeutics. These biological models are simulations of mathematical and computational algorithms. Vertical-omics encompasses multiple types of omics technologies such as Genomics, Proteomics, Trancriptomics, Metabolomics and Microbiomics that are done at the molecular level to identify the aetiology of diseases and effective drug targets. The results of these experimental and computational studies yield colossal high throughput data which has to be stored, integrated, processed and visualised.

The study was conducted to evaluate the serum metabolites, urine oxalate concentration, and some organ histopathology of dairy bull calves fed different inclusion rates of water hyacinth at the Dairy Training and Research Institute (DTRI), Dairy Farm, College of Agriculture and Food Science and at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of the Philippines Los Ba os, College, Laguna from August 2017 to December 2017. Sixteen Holstein Friesian-Sahiwal crossbred growing dairy bull calves with average weight of 87.30 kg were used as experimental animals. WH at 0, 10, 20 and 40% dry matter (DM) basis substitution of Napier grass in the total mixed ration served as treatments in four (4) randomized complete blocks, each block consisting of calves at the same weight range. Feeding of WH did not affect serum calcium (Ca) concentration but showed differences in serum magnesium (Mg) concentration. Oxalate crystals were not found in the urine despite the presence of oxalic acid in the chemical analysis made in the WH.

This book presents this underlying importance hence, an exegetical study, positing grammatical forms, words, poetic, symbolic and metaphoric language of the book of Obadiah.This study therefore gives a basis for the translation of Obadiah into Gbari one of the African Languages.The work covers the historical and literary background of the text and brings to light an account of the description of contemporary scholars' views on the nature of the text. A literary approach has been explored in the study of this text and an analysis of its verbal forms in Hebrew poetry.

Skin cancer is an abnormal growth of skin cells in today's modern world, most often develops on body exposed to sun light, but it can occur anywhere on the body. Most of the skin cancer at beginning stage is curable. Patient's life can be saving from skin cancer by early & fast detection. Early detection of skin cancer in achievable at beginning stage with the new technology. Biopsy method was used to detect the cancer in the earlier days. During biopsy, it is done by removing small amount of skin tissues and that sample goes to examine under a various laboratories. This method was time consuming and less accurate as after the biopsy the analysis process was lengthy and sometimes wrongly diagnosed. In case if the diagnosis was correct there was the possibility of spreading of diseases to other parts of patient body before treatment. To overcome all the obstructers in the detection the Support vector Machine (SVM) is proposed this is more effective and efficient. This technique has inspired the initial detection of skin cancer and it doesn't require applying oil on the infection skin to achieve clear sharp images of your moles. So this approach is quicker and cleaner.
Organophosphorous compounds have widespread use not only in medicines, agriculture and industry but they also find important applications in academic research in organic syntheses. In view of interesting chemistry of such compounds and their wide applications a systematic study of annulated heterophospholes has been undertaken. Annulated heterophospholes may be visualized to be derived from the typical fused heterocyclic systems such as indoles, indolizines, benzimidazole, etc by a CH/P exchange in the five membered ring. The present study was undertaken to explore the synthesis, reactivity and quantum chemical calculations of 2-phosphaindolizines in a broader aspect. Eight new representatives of 2-phosphaindolizines were synthesized through 4]1]cyclocondensation of N-alkylpyridinium bromides. Chemical reactivity of some of these compounds towards electrophilic substitution, H2S/S8 and oxidation with tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone were investigated. The structures of various synthesized products have been elucidated with the help of extensive NMR (31P,1H and 13C - NMR) studies and elemental analysis.
