Es ist eindeutig, dass eine langfristige Entwicklung ohne befahrbare Stra eninfrastruktur nicht m glich ist. Der verschlechterte Zustand st dtischer Stra en scheint jedoch das Ergebnis einer Kombination nat rlicher Faktoren zu sein, die mit der Alterung und den klimatischen Bedingungen, der Unwissenheit der Bev lkerung, abweichendem Verhalten, das sich in Korruption u ert, der Veruntreuung ffentlicher Gelder f r die Sanierung st dtischer Stra en und Machtspielen innerhalb der Verwaltungsbeh rden zusammenh ngen. Diese Verschlechterung wirkt sich daher auf das Wohlergehen der Bev lkerung durch die Zunahme von Verkehrsunf llen und Lungenerkrankungen aus und f hrt gleichzeitig zu ihrer Verarmung aufgrund des vorzeitigen Verschlei es von Fahrzeugen und des R ckgangs der unternehmerischen Macht in der Umwelt, was der nachhaltigen Entwicklung den Status einer Totgeburt verleiht.
