Mangetsu is an 18-year old Shinobi Chancellor of the Japanese Caliphate. After a long fought war for independence from the tyranny of the Shinobi Republic two years ago, he assumes the authority of the country alongside his comrades. In the absence of his friend and leader, Hyunlei, who goes on his honeymoon, Mangetsu assists Hyunlei's cousin in running the country. One night, he is visited by an old comrade who pleads him to help her village, as the former Head of State of the Republic has been resurrected through the use of black magic: the Sapphire Dragon Ninja, and jinn, Ifrit. The demon wreaks havoc and pillages the village of Shinobi Princess Shu'a, and the only way to subdue him is with Mangetsu's help. Wasting no time, the two gain approval from Hyunlei's Council to scout the village to carefully work out a strategy until reinforcements arrive, but things take a turn for the worst when Ifrit himself appears before them ready to progress his plans of infinite power and revenge. Will Mangetsu and Princess Shu'a be able to take down one of the most powerful jinn of all time alone? Return of the Sapphire Dragon Ninja will introduce Islamic teachings within this young adult fantasy in an effort to bring Islam to a better light despite what most people think of it. It is part of The Legacy of Ya-Duhrun series taking place in a fantasy adaptation of a world where Islam is prominent alongside special elemental powers and elves and dwarves living amongst humans.
I wrote this book originally for my five grandchildren to help them realize that God is the creator of everything we can see, smell, hear, and touch. They enjoy adults reading books to them so much, and they remember the words even before they can read for themselves.I wanted to use illustrations that will be recognizable to kids from under two years old. I hope this book will be read to kids all over the world and cause them to know who God is and what he has done for all of us. That all the things that surround them all day did not just fall out of the sky or come from some big bang millions of years ago.Hopefully any child reading or having this book read to them will come to know God and enjoy his blessings for the rest of their life. Kids like to repeat what they learn, and out of the mouth of babes maybe God will be known to more.God bless, Randy J. Streetman

Randy Bryan Bigham reclaims the story of a life forgotten. In this timely book, Randy J. Kozel develops a theory of precedent designed to enhance the stability and impersonality of constitutional law. Kozel contends that the prevailing approach to precedent in American law is undermined by principled disagreements among judges over the proper means and ends of constitutional interpretation. The structure and composition of the doctrine all but guarantee that conclusions about the durability of precedent will track individual views about whether decisions are right or wrong, and whether mistakes are harmful or benign. This is a serious challenge, but it also reveals a path toward maintaining legal continuity even as judges come and go. Kozel's account of precedent should be read by anyone interested in the nature of the judicial role and the trajectory of constitutional law.
