We analyse the main flaws that may arise in the production of testimonial evidence, as it is the most widely used means of proof in Brazilian criminal proceedings. There is a brief analysis of the process of memory formation, as well as the interferences that may arise in this process. Die verst rkte Nutzung des Schienenverkehrs scheint ein potenzieller Risikominderer zu sein. Daher ist es notwendig, die internen und externen Faktoren zu analysieren, die den Markt f r Zuckerfrachtkontrakte beeinflussen. Seit mehr als hundert Jahren wird die Entwicklung von Porto Alegre durch eine Reihe von Stadtpl nen gelenkt, vom Generalverbesserungsplan von 1914 bis zum aktuellen Masterplan f r kologische Stadtentwicklung - PDDUA, der seit 2010 in Kraft ist. Die Leitlinien und Strategien f r die Umsetzung von Programmen und Projekten zielen darauf ab, die Beteiligung der Bev lkerung und die wirtschaftliche, soziale und kologische Nachhaltigkeit zu f rdern. Die Auswirkungen auf die Stadt gehen jedoch weit ber den st dtebaulichen Ma stab hinaus: Sie beeinflussen schlie lich stark das Volumen und die Form jedes neuen Geb udes. Aus diesem Grund wird es immer schwieriger, Geb ude zu finden, die mit dem Stereotyp des isolierten Geb udes in der Mitte des Grundst cks brechen, das auf einem Sockel steht, der einen m glichst gro en Teil des Grundst cks einnimmt. Diese Arbeit st tzt sich auf eine Literaturrecherche aktueller Studien, die sich mit dem betreffenden Thema befasst haben, mit dem Ziel, das bereits Erforschte kritisch zu analysieren. Durch das Studium von Stadtpl nen haben wir versucht, die Gr nde zu verstehen, die die bisher aufgestellten Regeln bestimmen, und die von ihnen gef rderten typomorphologischen Induktionen zu beschreiben.

For over a hundred years, Porto Alegre's development has been guided by a succession of urban plans, from the General Improvement Plan of 1914 to the current Environmental Urban Development Master Plan - PDDUA, which has been in force since 2010. The guidelines and strategies for implementing programmes and projects seek to emphasise popular participation and economic, social and environmental sustainability. However, its impact on the city goes far beyond the scale of urban planning: it ends up strongly influencing the volume and shape of every new building. For this reason, it is increasingly difficult to find buildings that break with the stereotype of the isolated building in the middle of the plot, on a base that occupies as much of the land as possible. This work is based on a literature review of current studies that have addressed the issue in question, with the aim of critically analysing what has already been researched. Through the study of urban plans, we sought to understand the reasons that define the rules established to date and to describe the type-morphological inductions they promote.

Les lignes directrices et les strat gies de mise en oeuvre des programmes et des projets visent mettre l'accent sur la participation populaire et la durabilit conomique, sociale et environnementale. Cependant, son impact sur la ville d passe largement l' chelle de la planification urbaine: il finit par influencer fortement le volume et la forme de chaque nouvelle construction. C'est pourquoi il est de plus en plus difficile de trouver des b timents qui rompent avec le st r otype du b timent isol au milieu de la parcelle, sur un socle qui occupe la plus grande partie possible du terrain. Ce travail est bas sur une revue de la litt rature des tudes actuelles qui ont abord la question en question, dans le but d'analyser de mani re critique ce qui a d j t recherch . travers l' tude des plans d'urbanisme, nous avons cherch comprendre les raisons qui d finissent les r gles tablies jusqu' pr sent et d crire les inductions morphologiques de type qu'elles favorisent.

Per oltre cento anni, lo sviluppo di Porto Alegre stato guidato da una successione di piani urbanistici, dal Piano Generale di Miglioramento del 1914 all'attuale Piano Regolatore di Sviluppo Urbano Ambientale - PDDUA, in vigore dal 2010. Le linee guida e le strategie per l'attuazione di programmi e progetti cercano di enfatizzare la partecipazione popolare e la sostenibilit economica, sociale e ambientale. Tuttavia, il suo impatto sulla citt va ben oltre la scala urbanistica: finisce per influenzare fortemente il volume e la forma di ogni nuovo edificio. Per questo motivo, sempre pi difficile trovare edifici che rompano lo stereotipo dell'edificio isolato al centro del lotto, su una base che occupi la maggior parte possibile del terreno. Questo lavoro si basa su una revisione della letteratura degli studi attuali che hanno affrontato il tema in questione, con l'obiettivo di analizzare criticamente ci che gi stato studiato. Attraverso lo studio dei piani urbanistici, si cercato di comprendere le ragioni che definiscono le regole finora stabilite e di descrivere le induzioni tipo-morfologiche da esse promosse.
