One of the most contentious questions in contemporary literary studies is whether there can ever be a science of literature that can lay claim to objectivity and universality, for example by concentrating on philological criticism, by appealing to cognitive science, or by exposing the underlying media of literary communication. The present collection of essays seeks to open up this discussion by posing the question’s historical and systematic double: has there been a science of literature, i.e. a mode of presentation and practice of reference in science that owes its coherence to the discourse of literature? Detailed analyses of scientific, literary and philosophical texts show that from the late 18th to the late 19th century science and literature were bound to one another through an intricate web of mutual dependence and distinct yet incalculable difference. This research included an analysis of the relationship between psychosocial risk factors (environmental demands and physical effort, participation and management of change and social relations at work) and job satisfaction in workers of companies in the construction sector in the city of Monteria. This study consisted of a sample of 47 workers, the largest proportion of whom were between 20 and 30 years old, with less than 7 years of seniority working in companies of the construction sector, with a predominance of temporary contracts. It is evident that the psychosocial risk factor with the highest number of workers in the highest level of risk are the environmental demands and physical effort, this could be conditioned by the work environment in which this type of workers develop, due to the high temperatures, noise, lack of order and cleanliness conditions, the physical load and the scarce industrial safety present in the development of their activities.

Cette recherche comprend une analyse de la relation entre les facteurs de risque psychosociaux (exigences environnementales et effort physique, participation et gestion du changement et relations sociales au travail) et la satisfaction au travail chez les travailleurs des entreprises de construction de la ville de Monteria. Cette tude a port sur un chantillon de 47 travailleurs, dont la plupart avaient entre 20 et 30 ans, moins de 7 ans d'anciennet et travaillaient dans des entreprises de construction, avec une pr dominance de contrats temporaires. Il est vident que le facteur de risque psychosocial pour lequel le nombre de travailleurs pr sentant le niveau de risque le plus lev est le plus lev est celui des exigences environnementales et de l'effort physique, ce qui pourrait tre conditionn par l'environnement de travail dans lequel ce type de travailleurs volue, en raison des temp ratures lev es, du bruit, du manque d'ordre et de propret , de la charge physique et du manque de s curit industrielle pr sents dans le d veloppement de leurs activit s.

Die Studie umfasste eine Stichprobe von 47 Arbeitnehmern, von denen der gr te Teil zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt war und weniger als 7 Jahre in einem Bauunternehmen mit berwiegend befristeten Vertr gen arbeitete. Es ist offensichtlich, dass der psychosoziale Risikofaktor mit der h chsten Anzahl von Arbeitnehmern mit dem h chsten Risikoniveau die Umweltanforderungen und die k rperliche Anstrengung ist, was durch das Arbeitsumfeld bedingt sein k nnte, in dem diese Art von Arbeitnehmern aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen, des L rms, der mangelnden Ordnung und Sauberkeit, der k rperlichen Belastung und des geringen Arbeitsschutzes bei der Aus bung ihrer T tigkeiten arbeiten.
