Happy Halloween 2016 - It's hard to believe that this will be the sixth year that James has hosted his Halloween party as it seems just like yesterday we were a pretty normal family. Since the Halloween party we find ourselves with skeletons in our closets and corpses in our basement, all Halloween props of course but it is always interesting when we get a visitor to our basement and their reaction to all the Halloween stuff being stored there. Fortunately all the reaction has been very supportive and we appreciate all who have supported the party and suggestions that they have had made. This year we were looking for Halloween activity books that could be used at the Halloween party and for the most part found very little available and what we did find was geared mostly toward preschool and early elementary school. We did get some of these for the party since there are plenty of kids in this age group who come to the party, but we did not find anything for older kids so we thought we would put our own activity book together. This new activity book would not only have more challenging puzzles and activities, it could also explain what activities, crafts, and goodies were available at the party. It also would be a fun activity for James putting something together that other folks may read.
