CARI Shyama и Vanaraja - гибриды домашней птицы двойного назначения, используемые Департаментом животноводства (C.G.) для улучшения жизнеобеспечения племенных народов. Пищеварительная система играет важную роль в продуктивности, поэтому для изучения валовых, гистоморфологических и гистохимических характеристик пищеварительной системы было предпринято настоящее исследование. Эксперимент проводился на шестидесяти внешне здоровых птицах, относящихся к трем различным возрастным группам группа 1 (однодневные цыплята), группа 2 (8-недельные подростки) и группа 3 (16-недельные пульки). Ткани, полученные от птиц, подвергали грубым, гистоморфологическим и гистохимическим исследованиям с использованием методов окраски гематоксилином и эозином, по Ван Гейсону, Гомори, Верхоеффу, PAS и PAS Alcian blue. Лечение метаболической стеатопатии основано на соблюдении правил гигиены и диеты. Нашей целью было оценить влияние правил гигиены питания при данном типе заболевания печени. Мы провели проспективное исследование, в которое включили пациентов с неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени. Диетические привычки оценивались с помощью диетического анамнеза и частотного опросника.Анализ результатов диетического обследования показал, что среднее общее потребление энергии составило 2815,93 ккал/сут. Среднее потребление углеводов, жиров и белков составило 57 %, 31 % и 12 % соответственно.Повторное обследование пациентов в среднем через 5 месяцев показало снижение веса и улучшение показателей функциональных проб печени, уровня липидов и сахара в крови. Эти изменения не были значительными. В заключение следует отметить, что диетологическое образование и физическая активность играют важную роль в лечении неалкогольной жировой болезни печени.
