Ambes is considered a Regional Reference Centre for the Prevention and Treatment of STIs, HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis and serves as a field for practical classes and internships for students from various undergraduate courses. It is a product that brings together theoretical and practical knowledge through a collective construction of a multiprofessional team, consisting of scientific initiation students, under the guidance of nutritionists, pharmacists and nurses with experience in clinical practice and teaching, and with the collaboration of the Ambulatory School team.

Die konventionelle endodontische Behandlung zielt darauf ab, dem K rper die Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, die Pulpaerkrankung zu heilen und dem betroffenen Zahn zu erm glichen, seine sthetischen und funktionellen Funktionen wiederherzustellen. Wenn dies jedoch nicht m glich ist, weil sich hartn ckige Bakterien im Inneren des Wurzelkanals befinden, wird eine endodontische Retraktion durchgef hrt. Eine weitere Ma nahme zur Erhaltung des Zahnbestandes ist die parodontale Chirurgie, die h ufig durchgef hrt wird, wenn alle anderen vorhergehenden Behandlungen fehlgeschlagen sind, und f r die es notwendig ist, ein gutes Material zu w hlen, um den Hohlraum der Retropr paration zu versiegeln. Ziel dieser Studie war es, anhand einer Literatur bersicht die auf dem Markt erh ltlichen biokeramischen Zemente (iRoot BP(R), EndoSequence(R), MTA Repair HP Angelus(R), TotalFill BC sealer(R) und RetroMTA(R)) vorzustellen und ihre klinische Anwendung als F ller und periapikale Versiegler aufzuzeigen. Es wurde eine bibliographische Untersuchung in der Datenbank Pubmed durchgef hrt, bei der 26 der 30 gefundenen Artikel ausgew hlt wurden. The conventional endodontic treatment aims to provide conditions for the body to heal the pulp disease and allow the affected tooth to reestablish its aesthetic and functional functions. However, when this is not possible, due to the maintenance of persistent bacteria inside the root canal, endodontic retreatment is performed. Another artifice for the maintenance of the dental element is the paraendodontic surgery, commonly performed when all other previous treatments failed and, for this, it is necessary the choice of a good material to seal the cavity of the retropreparation. The purpose of this study was to present, through a review of the literature, the bioceramic cements available in the market (iRoot BP(R), EndoSequence(R), MTA Repair HP Angelus(R), TotalFill BC sealer(R) and RetroMTA(R)), and to demonstrate their clinical applications as fillers and periapical sealers.
