Le cancer colorectal (CCR) est le troisi me cancer le plus fr quent dans le monde et la deuxi me cause de d c s par cancer aux tats-Unis. l' chelle mondiale, l'incidence du CCR varie consid rablement. Le risque de d velopper un CCR au cours de la vie est d'environ 6 %, soit une personne sur 18. Le CCR est relativement rare dans le sous-continent indien. L'incidence du cancer colorectal au Bangladesh n'est pas connue avec pr cision, mais il semble tre fr quent et toucher principalement les jeunes, avec une l g re pr dominance masculine. L' ge moyen au moment du diagnostic est inf rieur de 10 ans celui observ dans les pays d velopp s. Les modifications pig n tiques, qui sont des modifications h r ditaires de la fonction des g nes non dues des modifications de la s quence d'ADN, constituent une voie importante dans le m canisme de la tumorigen se dans le cancer colorectal. Les anomalies de la m thylation de l'ADN constituent des modifications pig n tiques importantes dans le CCR et font l'objet d'un grand int r t dans le domaine de la recherche sur le cancer. On observe des anomalies d'hyperm thylation et d'hypom thylation dans divers loci g n tiques du CCR. La corr lation entre les caract ristiques histopathologiques et les donn es cliniques, ainsi que la d tection des anomalies de la m thylation de l'ADN, peuvent permettre de mieux comprendre ce domaine.

Rak jelita grubego (CRC) jest trzecim najczęściej występującym nowotworem na świecie i drugą najczęstszą przyczyną zgon w z powodu nowotwor w w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Na calym świecie częstośc występowania CRC jest bardzo zr żnicowana. Ryzyko zachorowania na CRC w ciągu calego życia wynosi okolo 6% lub jeden na 18 os b. CRC występuje stosunkowo rzadko na subkontynencie indyjskim. Częstośc występowania raka jelita grubego w Bangladeszu nie jest dokladnie znana, ale wydaje się, że jest to nowotw r powszechny, występujący w mlodszej grupie wiekowej, z niewielką przewagą mężczyzn. Średni wiek rozpoznania wynosi 10 lat mniej niż w krajach rozwiniętych. Zmiany epigenetyczne, czyli dziedziczne zmiany funkcji gen w, kt re nie są spowodowane zmianami w sekwencji DNA, są ważnym szlakiem w mechanizmie powstawania nowotwor w jelita grubego. Nieprawidlowości metylacji DNA są ważnymi zmianami epigenetycznymi w CRC i stanowią obszar dużego zainteresowania w dziedzinie badań nad rakiem. W CRC występują zar wno nieprawidlowości hipermetylacji, jak i hipometylacji w r żnych loci genetycznych. Korelacja cech histopatologicznych z danymi klinicznymi i wykrywanie nieprawidlowości metylacji DNA może zapewnic lepszy wgląd w tę dziedzinę.

We have proposed a New Hybrid Exponentially Weighted Moving Average HEWMA control chart. The proposed control chart is based on a mixture ratio estimator of the mean using a single auxiliary variable and a single auxiliary attribute (Moeen et al., 2012). We call it as Z- HEWMA control chart. The proposed control chart performance is evaluated using out-of-control-Average Run Length (ARL1). The control limits of the proposed chart is based on the estimator, its mean square errors. A simulated data is used to compare the proposed Z-HEWMA, traditional/simple EWMA chart and CUSUM control chart. From this study, the fact is revealed that Z-HEWMA control chart shows more efficient results as compared to traditional/simple EWMA and CUSUM control charts. The Z-HEWMA chart can be used for efficient monitoring of the production process in manufacturing industries where auxiliary information about a numerical variable and an attribute is available.

Ein Expertensystem ist in der Lage, eine rechtzeitige und korrekte Diagnose zu stellen, weshalb der Aufbau eines Expertensystems eine potenzielle Herausforderung darstellt. In diesem Buch wird ein Entwurf f r ein Fuzzy-Expertensystem zur Erkennung von Hautkrankheiten (Erythemato squamous) vorgestellt. Aufgrund der Ungewissheit und Ungenauigkeit der Symptome im Diagnoseprozess w hlen wir ein auf Fuzzy-Logik basierendes Design. F r die Implementierung des Systems verwenden wir die MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. Der Fuzzy-Logik-Controller generiert ein Ergebnis aus gegebenen Symptomen unter Verwendung des Mamdani MIN-MAX-Inferenzmechanismus und verwendet zur Defuzzifizierung die Centroid-Methode (COG).
