Knowledge Services Management looks at the transformation of the traditional workplace into a quasi-internal market environment where work activities in knowledge services are organized around clusters of similar or complementary knowledge stocks to address particular types of customer-clients priorities. The book explores a new internal market structure for these service organizations and the implications this presents for managers and scholars in the 21st century workplace. By adopting an internal market perspective, the book develops new organizational forms outside the traditional hierarchical paradigm, which is ill-suited for the emerging knowledge workplace, in order to effectively manage emerging knowledge services. The Christian's Power Base: Knowing The Gospel And The Holy Spirit is a book that introduces the Holy Spirit as the most important Gift of the Lord Jesus Christ to the world. Unfortunately, leaders of the Universal Church and their many denominations want their followers to know about the Holy Spirit, but not to know Him personally as the Enabler, the Comforter, and Helper (John 14:26). The Lord refers to the Holy Spirit as "the Spirit of Truth", who will lead us into all truth (John 16:13).This emphasizes the importance and presence of the Holy Spirit in every Christian home and personal encounter with Him. This part of the work of the Holy Spirit is missing in Christian homes because church leaders want to put premium on themselves than allowing the Holy Spirit to walk with individual church members. But the truth is to allow every individual to know the Holy Spirit personally, and to empower them to wage spiritual warfare victoriously. The book also teaches the real meaning of "Repentance" that pleases God for the remission of sins; and the reasons why millions of Christians are weak spiritually and fall victims to evil doers and many practice same, because most of us are empty of the Holy Spirit. Reasons: because of our ignorance and unbelief (see Matthew 12: 22- 32); Matthew 12: 43 - 45). The Holy Spirit is therefore, presented to every Christian, but NOT to church leaders alone: He is not for a "selected few" who call themselves "the anointed ones and men of God". They create an impression that, without them, no one can deal with the Holy Spirit. This long standing myth is broken in this book. It is a book that every Christian should read to educate themselves for victorious entry of the Holy Spirit in their homes and families.

The purpose of this book is to give an introduction to the Laplace transform on the undergraduate level. The material is drawn from notes for a course taught by the author at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Based on classroom experience, an attempt has been made to (1) keep the proofs short, (2) introduce applications as soon as possible, (3) concentrate on problems that are difficult to handle by the older classical methods, and (4) emphasize periodic phenomena. To make it possible to offer the course early in the curriculum (after differential equations), no knowledge of complex variable theory is assumed. However, since a thorough study of Laplace. transforms requires at least the rudiments of this theory, Chapter 3 includes a brief sketch of complex variables, with many of the details presented in Appendix A. This plan permits an introduction of the complex inversion formula, followed by additional applications. The author has found that a course taught three hours a week for a quarter can be based on the material in Chapters 1, 2, and 5 and the first three sections of Chapter 7. If additional time is available (e.g., four quarter-hours or three semester-hours), the whole book can be covered easily.
