The violence and destruction of the Insurrection has been squelched and now the task of rebuilding America must begin. The first order of business is a Constitutional Convention, which replaces the United States of America with the American Republic. Across the country tens of millions of people are mobilized and begin the long and hard task of rebuilding America's cities. While America is busy rebuilding itself, the world takes advantage of America's weakness. China exerts its new found economic and military power in Asia, and world witnesses the rise of Militant Expansionist Islam.
