Die auf dem Ubereinkommen zur Beilegung von Investitionsstreitigkeiten zwischen Staaten und Privaten von 1965 beruhende ICSID-Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit sieht ein internes Aufhebungsverfahren fur ICSID-Schiedsspruche vor und schliesst die Aufhebung eines Schiedsspruches durch Gerichte der Vertragsstaaten aus. Der Autor untersucht diesen in der internationalen Wirtschaftsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit einzigartigen Mechanismus und analysiert die bisher ergangenen Aufhebungsentscheidungen, wobei auch bislang unveroffentlichte Entscheidungen Berucksichtigung finden. This volume covers the geographical spread of Christianity in its first three centuries. It is arranged by continents - Asia, Europe and Africa - to show the gradual development of Christian communities down to the Council of Nicaea in 325.
