La commercializzazione dell'uritinga consiste nel negoziare un prodotto intero o eviscerato attraverso agenti intermediari (intermediari, spedizionieri, bilanciatori e puntatori), che viene poi ceduto al commercio al dettaglio come mercati di strada, pescherie, mercati e supermercati. La conoscenza delle relazioni morfometriche servita come base per ottenere i tagli di carne, i dati sulla resa e la composizione chimica della carne, identificando la quantit di parte commestibile e di nutrienti che compongono il filetto. Se queste conoscenze vengono combinate con informazioni sulle propriet fisiche, come il pH e la capacit di ritenzione idrica (WRC), si forma un insieme di parametri di qualit che garantisce il mantenimento della tenerezza e della succosit della carne, l'aspetto estetico del pesce e altri attributi qualitativi della carne di pesce. Questi parametri di qualit giocano un ruolo decisivo al momento dell'acquisto di un prodotto ittico, soprattutto se proveniente dalla pesca estrattiva marina.

Intrasaisonale atmosph rische Ph nomene sind wichtige Modulatoren der Niederschl ge ber S damerika, insbesondere im Norden des nord stlichen Brasiliens, wo sich der Bundesstaat Cear befindet. Die Madden-Julian Oscillation wiederum kann die Positionierung und Intensit t der intertropischen Konvergenzzone beeinflussen - der Hauptfaktor, der f r die Niederschl ge im Nordosten Brasiliens (NEB) verantwortlich ist. In diesem Beitrag wird daher eine Analyse des m glichen Einflusses der ITCZ auf die NEB vorgestellt. Die Analysen werden anhand von Beobachtungen beschrieben, die von der NOAA-Datenbank stammen, sowie anhand globaler numerischer Modellierung. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass es in den Jahren 2002 und 2003 in der Kontrollregion ber dem Indischen Ozean eine gro e intra-saisonale Variabilit t gibt - sowohl beobachtungsm ig als auch numerisch, mit einem erheblichen Einfluss auf die NEB-Region in Verbindung mit OMJ-Ereignissen. Andererseits zeigte das Jahr 2011 speziell f r die numerische Modellierung unter Verwendung der diskutierten Methodik zur Auswahl eines zuf lligen OMJ-Ereignisses eine starke Variabilit t auf der intrasaisonalen Zeitskala in der INDI-Kontrollregion, mit einem Einfluss auf die NEB-Region.

L'Oscillazione Madden-Julian, a sua volta, pu influenzare il posizionamento e l'intensit della Zona di Convergenza Intertropicale, il principale fattore responsabile delle precipitazioni nel Brasile nord-orientale (NEB). Il presente lavoro presenta un'analisi della possibile influenza della ITCZ sulla NEB. Le analisi sono descritte attraverso le osservazioni ottenute dal sito di dati NOAA e attraverso la modellazione numerica globale. I risultati mostrano che gli anni 2002 e 2003 presentano una grande variabilit intra-stagionale nella regione di controllo sull'Oceano Indiano, sia a livello osservativo che numerico, con una notevole influenza sulla regione NEB associata agli eventi OMJ. D'altra parte, specificamente per la modellazione numerica, utilizzando la metodologia discussa per selezionare un evento OMJ casuale, l'anno 2011 ha mostrato una forte variabilit sulla scala temporale intrastagionale nella regione di controllo INDI, con un'influenza sulla regione NEB.

Intraseasonal atmospheric phenomena are important modulators of rainfall over South America, especially in the north of northeastern Brazil, where the state of Cear is located. The Madden-Julian Oscillation, in turn, can influence the positioning and intensity of the Intertropical Convergence Zone - the main factor responsible for rainfall in the Northeast of Brazil (NEB). That said, this paper presents an analysis of the possible influence of the ITCZ on the NEB. The analyses are described through observations obtained from the NOAA data site, as well as through global numerical modeling. The results show that the years 2002 and 2003 have great intra-seasonal variability in the control region over the Indian Ocean - both observationally and numerically, with considerable influence on the NEB region associated with OMJ events. On the other hand, specifically for numerical modeling, using the methodology discussed for selecting a random OMJ event, the year 2011 showed strong variability on the intraseasonal time scale in the INDI control region, with an influence on the NEB region.
