The Contemporary Printed Literature of the English Counter-Reformation between 1558 and 1640
In 1956 Allison and Rogers published A Catalogue of Catholic Books in English Printed Abroad Secretly in England, 1558-1640. Known simply as A & R, it is the standard listing of the clandestine vernacular output of English Catholics during that period. Now, after more than thirty years work, Allison and Rogers have produced a substantially updated, comprehensive catalogue published in two interlocking volumes. Volume One: Works in Languages other than English (published in 1989) describes books which are linked to specific English Catholic writers, including translators and editors, or to various English bodies, and nearly two hundred other publications which concern English Catholic affairs. It is a major reference tool for historians and bibliographers. Volume Two: Works in English with Addenda & Corrigenda to Volume one is an annotated bibliography of Catholic books printed in English. It includes all the 930 items listed in the A & R, except for a handful which, for reasons of consistency, were described in Volume I and it adds a further twenty-five on which information has come to light more recently. The annotations, historical, literary and bibliographical, are very much fuller than those in A & R and include a vast amount of evidence now brought together for the first time. The true authors of many anonymous and pseudonymous books are identified and many books issued with a false imprint, or no imprint at all, are assigned to particular presses. A concordance links the entries with those in A & R to facilitate cross-reference from one to the other, and indexes of titles, printers and publishers, and persons (including foreign authors) mentioned in the text are provided. Volume II concludes with a short list of Addenda and Corrigenda to Volume I.

The '80s brought us the horror genre's golden period: the best films, directors, cheesiness, soundtracks, and the sexiest scream queens. We especially held the women of those films close to our hearts. Still do.Featuring all-female contributors, stories in The Man Behind the Mask anthology include '80s-style clich s: masked killers, peepers, perverts, toolbox killers, killer clowns, window-watchers, sister-touchers, geeks, cheerleaders, big-breasted women, men with big knives (to compensate for the size of something else), and, most importantly, heroines. This one's for you, ladies. It's a thank you for all the great contributions you've added to the beloved horror genre over the years, and it's sure to be a prick-teasing wet dream for the geeks of yesteryear.Bolt the doors or run screaming into the woods. The man behind the mask is back, and his chainsaw is revving. This books documents the salient characters of the tectonic evolution of the Indian subcontinent. It showcases the well investigated subcontinent of Gondwana. The book is linked to an updated geological and tectonic map of this region on 1:12,000,000 in scale. The Indian subcontinent displays almost uninterrupted and unique the geological history since about Eo-Archean (~3800 Ma) to recent, with the development of many Proterozoic deformed and metamorphosed fold belts around Archean nuclei, and enormously thick undeformed platform deposits. After their stabilization during late Proterozoic, the subcontinent underwent Paleozoic rifting and deposition of coal-bearing thick sequences, followed by enormously-thick outpouring of Deccan volcanics as a consequence of huge mantle plume. The youngest event in its evolution is the Cenozoic Himalayan Orogenic Mountains, spanning the area between Nanga Parbat and Namcha Barwah; a part of which extends both in Pakistan and Myanmar.

This book contains a systematic analysis of the formalisms of quantum electro dynamics in the presence of an intense external field able to create pairs from the vacuum, and thereby violate the stability of the latter. The approach developed is not specific to quantum electrodynamics, and can equally well be applied to any quantum field theory with an unstable vacuum. It should be noted that only macroscopic external fields are considered, whereas problems associated with the superstrong Coulomb (micro) field are not treated. As a rule, the discussion is confined to those details of the formalism and calculations that are specific to the instability property. For instance, renormalization is not discussed here since, in practical calculations, it is carried out according to standard methods. The presentation is based mainly on original research undertaken by the authors. Chapter 1 contains a general introduction to the problem. It also presents some standard information on quantum electrodynamics, which will be used later in the text. In addition, an interpretation of the concept of an external field is given, and the problems that arise when one tries to keep the interaction with the external field exactly are discussed. In Chapter 2, the perturbation expansion in powers of the radiative interac tion is developed for the matrix elements of transition processes, taking the arbitrary external field into account exactly.

In this work we used indium oxide because In2O3 and doped (ITO) In2O3 and doped In2O3 (ITO) are widely known for their ability to allow trace level detection of oxidizing and toxic gases. It is a wide band gap (3-4.6eV). A semiconductor has n-type behavior in its non-stoichiometric form due to oxygen vacancy-induced doping with low resistivity, high optical transparency in the visible range of the spectrum, excellent electrical properties. It has a good adherence to the substrate surface and high chemical inertness, and In2O3 can appear in two stable modification as body-centered cubic (bcc), and rhombohedra (rh), they can be stabilized by choosing appropriate deposition either under condition or synthesis method. High sensitivity towards toxic gases NO2 and NH3 are well-known atmospheric pollutants that are responsible for smog and acid rain, and need to be detected in trace amounts in atmospheric conditions. In2O3 has been widely used for detection of NO2 and NH3 molecules in part per million (ppm) concentrations.

India has a long tradition of Mariculture from time immemorial and is a leader in the world after China. With a growing human population and a changing climate, there is an increasing threat to many ecosystems. Therefore give importance to identify the new or rare species and to measure their geographical extent. One of the new species is Squids. Squids comprise one of the most significant components of marine life. Squids are fast growing, and active predators with highly evolved and specialized qualities of great inherent interest.Squids represent a major fishery resource widely distributed throughout the oceans of the world. Of the several hundred species harvested around the world, only the Indian Squids have been of major commercial importance to exporting. Squids are one of the most valuable and highly priced crustaceans in India, as well as an important export commodity. The traditional approach to identifying the species and their relationships trained taxonomist presence is very significant. However such skilled experts sometimes are unavailable as well as a limited on financial resources. This leads to increasing interest to identifying the species automatically.
