The use of lactic acid bacteria in the dairy industry has undergone enormous evaluation in technologically advanced countries, but the exploitation of this type is very limited in certain other countries such as Algeria. This limitation concerns the diversity of products on the market, but also the number of strains introduced into dairy products, and is linked to the constraints posed by lactic acid bacteria. The main aim of the present study is to isolate new lactic acid bacteria from cow's milk and test their probiotic capacity (adhesive capacity, resistance to acidity, etc.). The milk collected from the three farms underwent physico-chemical and microbiological analyses, with satisfactory results. The cow's milk samples were subjected to spontaneous fermentation to enrich their lactic microflora. From 61 isolated strains, only 10 were selected. The results obtained are interesting, making our strains presumptive probiotics, which may play an important role in the gastrointestinal tract and in the inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms.

L'uso dei batteri lattici nell'industria lattiero-casearia stato oggetto di un'enorme valutazione nei Paesi tecnologicamente avanzati, ma lo sfruttamento di questo tipo di batteri molto limitato in alcuni altri Paesi come l'Algeria. Questa limitazione riguarda la diversit dei prodotti presenti sul mercato, ma anche il numero di ceppi introdotti nei prodotti lattiero-caseari, che legato ai vincoli posti dai batteri lattici. L'obiettivo principale di questo studio isolare nuovi batteri lattici dal latte vaccino e testare le loro propriet probiotiche (capacit adesiva, resistenza all'acidit , ecc.). Il latte raccolto dalle tre aziende stato sottoposto ad analisi fisico-chimiche e microbiologiche, con risultati soddisfacenti. I campioni di latte vaccino sono stati sottoposti a fermentazione spontanea per arricchire la microflora lattica. Dei 61 ceppi isolati, ne sono stati selezionati solo 10. I risultati ottenuti sono interessanti, il che significa che i nostri ceppi sono presumibilmente probiotici e possono svolgere un ruolo importante nel tratto gastrointestinale e nell'inibizione dei microrganismi patogeni.

O leite recolhido nas tr s explora es foi submetido a an lises f sico-qu micas e microbiol gicas, com resultados satisfat rios. As amostras de leite de vaca foram submetidas a uma fermenta o espont nea para enriquecer a sua microflora l ctica. De 61 estirpes isoladas, apenas 10 estirpes foram seleccionadas. Os resultados obtidos s o interessantes, o que significa que as nossas estirpes s o presumivelmente probi ticas e podem desempenhar um papel importante no trato gastrointestinal e na inibi o de microrganismos patog nicos.

The main objectives of poultry nutrition research can be summarized in optimizing feed efficiency, increasing productivity, maximizing profit, improving health and immunity, and decreasing environmental pollution. In the last two decades, new concepts and strategies -including epigenetics- have been established to fulfill some of these objectives. It is becoming evident that by interacting transient nutritional stimuli with epigenetic mechanisms at critical onto-genic stages, we can induce lasting influences on the expression of various genes, i.e., nutritional imprinting. Imprinting means a nutritional agitation of epigenetic gene regulation due to change in "nutritional environment" during the stage of gene expression development. Early nutrition approach, recently, has been started to apply for inducing nutritional imprinting and to improve nutrient utilization which make it possible to reduce nutrients' density in finishing and withdrawal diets. This work discusses the effect of low dietary P or high lysine level throughout first post-hatch days in adaptation to low phosphorus or protein level in broiler finisher diets in relation to performance and environment pollution.
