Now of course I am a Thanet resident. What an amazing coincidence. I loved the pace of the book and the development of the characters. Certainly, there is a criminal underworld in Dubai, and it is good that this is highlighted. Positions of power, just like in so many other countries, are abused. It's funny how I could associate your chosen storyline in particular with countries in South America, especially with the ongoing drug issues.
