Perspektiver på organisering og ledelse af sygepleje er en helt ny udgave af Organisering og ledelse af sygeplejen, som genspejler de udviklinger, som er sket inden for organiserings- og ledelsesteori. Bogen er delt ind i tre dele, som indrammer forskellige nedslag på overordnede og aktuelle udfordringer i sundhedsvæsenet. Første del beskæftiger sig med sundhedsvæsenets rammer, bl.a. opbygning, funktion, økonomi samt faglige kompetencer. I anden del præsenteres eksempler på konkrete og afgrænsede felter i sundhedsvæsenet, herunder psykiatrien og primær sundhedstjeneste. Endelig reflekteres der i tredje del over tiltag, vilkår og muligheder for organisering og ledelse af os i sygepleje, og bogen afsluttes med et kapitel om visioner for fremtiden. Bogen er bygget op som en antologi med bidrag fra forskellige eksperter, og kapitalerne kan læses uafhængigt eller i forlængelse af hinanden – alt efter læserens interesser og behov. Bogen henvender sig dels til studerende på sygeplejerskeuddannelsen i både de teoretiske moduler og den kliniske undervisning, dels til færdiguddannede sygeplejersker i klinisk praksis.

Die spezifische Zielsetzung konzentrierte sich auf die Infrastruktur, die touristische Aktivit ten lebensf hig machen k nnte, die Erforschung von Aktivit ten und die Entwicklung von Indikatoren in einer partizipativen Weise, um kologische, soziale und kulturelle Aspekte zu diagnostizieren, die touristische Attraktionen sein k nnten. Der Untersuchungsort war die Gemeinde Novo Air o am rechten Ufer des Rio Negro, 115 km Luftlinie von Manaus entfernt und 143 km ber den Fluss, mit einer starken Handwerkstradition, wobei die Handwerkervereinigung von Novo Air o (AANA) als Referenz dient.

This work is based on the understanding that tourists are looking for the simple and authentic aspects that characterise traditional communities. Society is discovering the environmental importance and strategic value of maintaining the rural landscape, and is treating rivers, fauna and flora as essential elements for human beings. This context has led to the revalorisation of the way of life and the emergence of new economic, social and environmental functions for rural areas, allowing communities new ways of ensuring their permanence in the countryside. The specific objective focused on infrastructure that could make tourist activities viable, researching activities and developing indicators in a participatory way to diagnose environmental, social and cultural aspects that could be tourist attractions. The locus of the research was the municipality of Novo Air o, located on the right bank of the Rio Negro, 115 kilometres from Manaus as the crow flies and 143 kilometres by river. It has a strong tradition of working with handicrafts, with the Novo Air o Craftsmen's Association (AANA) as a reference.

Il luogo della ricerca stato il comune di Novo Air o, situato sulla riva destra del Rio Negro, a 115 chilometri da Manaus in linea d'aria e a 143 chilometri via fiume, con una forte tradizione di artigianato, con l'Associazione degli Artigiani di Novo Air o (AANA) come riferimento.
