Les Antibalkans Quid?The Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais (MAC) is a de facto movement created to block the way to any individual or group of individuals, Congolese or foreign, aiming at the unsuccessful balkanization of the DRC. So a group of young people got together to set up the Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais MAC. More than two decades of wars and mass killings in the DRC, particularly in the east of the country, have revolted the entire Congolese population, from all walks of life, and pushed them to a popular uprising to say no to foreign occupation of the DRC.The MAC calls on all Congolese living at home and in the diaspora throughout the world to join the MAC and wage a united struggle as one Antibalkan man.
Cosa sono gli Antibalkan?Il Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais (MAC) un movimento creato per bloccare il cammino di qualsiasi individuo o gruppo di individui, congolesi o stranieri, che mirano alla balcanizzazione della RDC, che non ha successo. Un gruppo di giovani si riunito per creare il Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais MAC. Oltre due decenni di guerre e uccisioni di massa nella RDC, in particolare nella parte orientale del Paese, hanno fatto insorgere l'intera popolazione congolese, di tutti gli strati sociali, e l'hanno spinta a una rivolta popolare per dire no all'occupazione straniera della RDC.Il MAC invita tutti i congolesi che vivono nel Paese e nella diaspora in tutto il mondo a unirsi al MAC e a condurre una lotta unitaria per formare un unico uomo anti-balcanico.

This book surveys the impact of the Monroe Doctrine on United States relations with Latin America, with a particular focus on the Caribbean Basin, since its proclamation in 1823. It explores the historical role of the Monroe Doctrine as the instrument to foreclose future European colonial adventures in the American hemisphere and to exclude from it any political system(s) deemed to be incompatible with the American political tradition.
