Discipline done my way and it works. My 7 year old reads on a 6th grade level. He speaks a little bit of Spanish and does a little bit of sign language. My 6 year is reading well, my 4 year old twins are sounding out words and are kindergarten ready. And my 3 year old can almost spell his whole name. I am not perfect but my way works.
