The use of the Econom tica database in a specific statistical model for the pricing of assets of the S o Paulo State Stock Exchange (Bovespa), in the period between 1998 and 2008, that is, a 10-year interval of analysis. Its objective is to define which sector of the Brazilian economy has the best long-term performance in order to make a buy/sell decision. The stocks used in the work were taken from the Bovespa index (Ibovespa), in order to avoid discussing companies with low liquidity and/or trading volume.

We analyse the main flaws that may arise in the production of testimonial evidence, as it is the most widely used means of proof in Brazilian criminal proceedings. There is a brief analysis of the process of memory formation, as well as the interferences that may arise in this process. Im Falle des Zuckertransports auf der Schiene muss der Stra entransport von der Zuckerfabrik zum intermodalen Terminal integriert werden, wo ein Umschlag stattfindet, und anschlie end wird diese logistische L sung mit der Durchf hrung des Schienentransports realisiert. Neben den operativen Aspekten muss die Integration auch im Rahmen des Transportmanagements erfolgen, denn die internen Faktoren der Logistikkette des zu transportierenden Produkts m ssen mit den externen Faktoren der Kette selbst integriert werden. Die verst rkte Nutzung des Schienenverkehrs scheint ein potenzieller Risikominderer zu sein. Daher ist es notwendig, die internen und externen Faktoren zu analysieren, die den Markt f r Zuckerfrachtkontrakte beeinflussen. Outre les aspects op rationnels, l'int gration doit galement exister dans le contexte de la gestion du transport, apr s tout, les facteurs internes la cha ne logistique du produit transporter doivent tre int gr s aux facteurs externes de la cha ne elle-m me. L'utilisation accrue de l'option de transport ferroviaire appara t comme un r ducteur de risque potentiel. Per realizzare un trasporto efficace ed efficiente, necessario basarsi sull'integrazione, poich le operazioni logistiche devono essere valutate in base al modo in cui gli anelli della loro catena sono collegati. Nel caso del trasporto ferroviario dello zucchero, necessario integrare il trasporto su strada dallo stabilimento di produzione al terminal intermodale, dove avviene un'operazione di trasbordo e, successivamente, questa soluzione logistica sar realizzata con la realizzazione dell'operazione di trasporto ferroviario. Oltre agli aspetti operativi, l'integrazione deve esistere anche nel contesto della gestione del trasporto, perch i fattori interni alla catena logistica del prodotto da trasportare devono essere integrati con i fattori esterni della catena stessa. Il maggiore utilizzo dell'opzione di trasporto ferroviario appare come un potenziale riduttore di rischio. Seit mehr als hundert Jahren wird die Entwicklung von Porto Alegre durch eine Reihe von Stadtpl nen gelenkt, vom Generalverbesserungsplan von 1914 bis zum aktuellen Masterplan f r kologische Stadtentwicklung - PDDUA, der seit 2010 in Kraft ist. Die Leitlinien und Strategien f r die Umsetzung von Programmen und Projekten zielen darauf ab, die Beteiligung der Bev lkerung und die wirtschaftliche, soziale und kologische Nachhaltigkeit zu f rdern. Die Auswirkungen auf die Stadt gehen jedoch weit ber den st dtebaulichen Ma stab hinaus: Sie beeinflussen schlie lich stark das Volumen und die Form jedes neuen Geb udes. Aus diesem Grund wird es immer schwieriger, Geb ude zu finden, die mit dem Stereotyp des isolierten Geb udes in der Mitte des Grundst cks brechen, das auf einem Sockel steht, der einen m glichst gro en Teil des Grundst cks einnimmt. Diese Arbeit st tzt sich auf eine Literaturrecherche aktueller Studien, die sich mit dem betreffenden Thema befasst haben, mit dem Ziel, das bereits Erforschte kritisch zu analysieren. Durch das Studium von Stadtpl nen haben wir versucht, die Gr nde zu verstehen, die die bisher aufgestellten Regeln bestimmen, und die von ihnen gef rderten typomorphologischen Induktionen zu beschreiben.
