#1 Best Selling Author and Amazon Authority on Final Expense- Steven G. talks about the things you will hear as an agent with your current employer and those who will say just about anything to get you on board. You can search Amazon for books written by Steven H. Gifford and you'll see a series of books teaching you everything you need to know about the industry. Each book covers a certain topic per se but they all are vital to your success in the Final Expense Industry. The Green Grass is and are those things that will hold you back and he serves them all to you on a golden platter. From managers who rip you off, lead companies who charge to much, and even those two final expense field companies who will tell you anything, leads which are old and they make you buy are 40 bucks a pop (times that by 20 a week= 800 bucks they make you buy), and everything your manager will feed you to think there is no one else out there who will give you what they can. If you are on a 70-80-90 % contract or have to beg for a 5% increase when you are hitting over 10k a month, or you're paying 30-40 bucks per lead and they are 3-4-5-6 months old, maybe they are telling you that you have to be licensed in 5-6-7 states, or another agent or two have been to the same clients house you paid 40 bucks for... I'm sure this all sounds familiar, right? It will if you work for the top 2 final expense field companies in the US. We won't mention names but you can ask us on the phone. Lol. We don't hate anyone but we're not going to keep lying for anyone. There is a reason they make you drink the Kool-Aid - Steven G now owns www.Insuredin10.com He sold eClick.

For all who inhabit a body and wonder about its place in the universe. In Loving What Doesn’t Last: An Adoration of the Body, Christina Kukuk reminds us that what matters most are things don’t last forever. We find faith, hope, and love in and the string of endings and beginnings that make a life: a mother who plants an orchard in her son’s memory, a girl’s struggle with food scarcity, an adolescent awakening to infatuation at summer camp, and a woman waiting hours for her lover’s recovery on a hospital’s transplant floor. In every fleeting moment from the first pangs of birth to our last breath, God is in all of it.
Lord, Please Don't Let Her See Me Cry is a true story of child abuse so atrocious I have suffered from it for over fifty years, having not only the endure the memory but also being forced to see the scars every time I change my clothes. I only survived because of my faith in God and God's mercy on me. As a child, I promised God that if he would see me through, I would one day pay him back by helping other children in similar situations. I hope this book helps bring the attention of the world to the problem of child abuse so that the abusers may be punished and the abused healed. Please help the children of the world. They are our future. Love in Jesus Christ.Steve Heine
A powerful and illuminating memoir that exposes the stark and rarely-seen reality of influencing as a career. Lee Tilghman—also known as @LeeFromAmerica—was one of the very first wellness influencers. To her nearly 400,000 followers, she shared daily updates and advice on everything from skincare and sleep hacks to smoothie bowls, travel tips, and workout routines. She embodied #SelfCare. Her sponsorships with such brands as Madewell and Subaru netted an income of over $300,000 a year. On the grid, her life seemed perfect. But behind her carefully curated posts, Tilghman was in crisis, suffocating from the unrelenting demand of keeping up her online facade. Her friendships frayed from an inability to enjoy any activity, even a simple dinner, without taking hundreds of photos. She found herself viewing everything she did as potential content for Instagram. The more she shared, the more her followers craved. Her romantic relationships suffered from the pressure to “hard launch.” Her job’s focus on food led her to develop a severe fixation on healthy eating. At her lowest point, she looked around her apartment to realize every item she owned had been given to her by brands in exchange for posting. After a stay in a mental health facility to address her disordered eating and psychological decline, Tilghman quit influencing as her primary career and set out to discover who she really was. If You Don’t Like This, I Will Die is a sharp, self-aware look at life inside the influencer economy and a relatable story for anyone who has struggled with the unreasonableness of online expectations. With over half of Gen Z aspiring to be influencers, nearly three out of five teen girls experiencing “persistent sadness and hopelessness,” and the US Surgeon General calling for a social media warning label, Tilghman’s memoir couldn’t be more timely and necessary.

Sheesh Now I'm up to my ears in four-legged witnesses and trying to figure out who the killer is before it's too late and another person disappears.I'm just hoping it won't be me.

When Deirdre Roberts' husband and daughters die in an automobile accident, her life seems irrevocably shattered. Four years later, Deirdre-still despondent, although she owns a successful florist shop-communes regularly with her family's portrait. Peri Tarleton-a young woman convinced other women don't like her-moves in next door, and Deirdre is startled by her resemblance to her dead youngest daughter. Soon, the two women grow close. After Peri begins a relationship with Ben Singer, founder of a computer consulting firm, Deirdre is introduced to Ben's father, Sam, a writer and widower. As Deirdre returns to normalcy, Peri's troubled childhood takes its toll. Peri exhibits wild mood swings, then is diagnosed with an achalasia, a possibly psychosomatic disorder making it difficult for the esophagus to push food into the stomach, reflecting a person's inability to swallow the situation. Peri seeks help from Marilyn Swiss, a psychiatrist, who concludes Peri's father, an unfeeling martinet, has left Peri emotionally abandoned. Still, Swiss has a nagging feeling that she's missed something. Later, Sam's coldness towards Peri, whom he considers an overly dramatic and troubled replica of his dead wife, confounds matters. When Peri's former boss pressures Ben to fire Peri or lose a major contract, Peri explodes, then suffers a major achalasia attack. Deirdre must now try to rebuild her life, while helping Peri deal with her issues.

I started writing my memoir on September 14, 2001; I'm not willing to admit to or discuss the catalyst for this. The writing process has not been easy or a quick for me as I am not a prodigious writer, and I've not always remembered the stories in their proper context. Since I learned about the stream of consciousness style used by James Joyce in a Portrait of an Artist as a Young Man, I have liked that approach, and I think that fits my scattered writing style the best. I have tried to rearrange the vignettes in a logical, sequential order, but I have found that doesn't always work as my thoughts are connected more by relational events than by their order of occurrence. This work has been protracted effort to better and perhaps to heal myself. I am not sure if I can explain or even nail down exactly what I want to change about who I am or what is wrong, but I know that I need to make changes. I decided that I had to put my thoughts down with the hope that some deep introspection might help me or inform someone else as to how it is that I became who I am. I have had an odd set of life experiences. Born Jewish, raised as a Christian and sort of runs my life as a believer in God. I have lived without running water, picked oranges for a living and am currently working as a Nuclear Engineer.
