Paleo Power - Paleo Cookery All Day, Everyday Looking to zero guilt and wholesome paleo diet The Paleolithic Diet, or Paleo for short, is a nutritional approach that tries to mimic our ancestor's way of eating. Wally: A life in the day of Paul Raymond

Not for the timid. Prepare to be offended This is the story of my brother who we all lovingly call "Wally". Wally was a unique character even in the developmentally disabled world. He never thought of himself as "disabled" but more of a leader of the less fortunate. He drove us crazy and I'm not sure he always knew it... Even when we told him about it. Tons of love in our family but if it weren't for Wally that was the glue, I'm not sure we would be as close as we are today. Read this story and I assure you that amazement and disbelief will follow... Even though the stories are true. Sometimes I think most people take things too seriously. In the moment, it's easy to get upset while it's happening to you but if you don't take it too seriously, you'll be better off. That's really what this book is all about. So many things happened to me and my family because of Wally. We should probably be in psyche ward at this point but we learned to laugh at the things he did. When people hear our stories about Wally they usually are amazed. Amazed at the story but more amazed that we can laugh about it. You might think we are ridiculing him but we're really not. We all laughed at each other out of love and frustration. It's a phenomenon for sure but you may know what I'm talking about if you have a certain kind of sense of humor. At this point, I can let people cut me off in traffic and it doesn't bother me a bit. When I see someone doing something stupid, I don't have that anger that a lot of people have. I can look in amazement and maybe have a good chuckle. I may very well fall on the floor laughing. So when you're reading the book keep this in mind. We loved Wally with everything we had. Mind, heart and soul. When I write about what happened, I tend to look at it from our family's point of view. So that point of view may be a little skewed and you may take it the wrong way. I try to explain our feelings in the book, but this writing thing is hard. lol. It's hard to get onto paper exactly what happened, how it happened and how it effected us. Either way, I hope you can have fun ready the book as much as I did writing it. I couldn't put the keyboard down once I got started because I would remember more and more and I went along. Kind of like now, I can probably list ten things that weren't in the book. Uh oh, a sequel? You never know. I think I got most of it out in this one. The next may have to be just a revision or something. I'll keep you updated. If you have someone in your life this isn't completely there in the brain dept, do me a favor. Try to take a step back and truly enjoy the situation. Try not to look down on that person. They could be the most brilliant mind on the planet but none of us understand. I think Wally was like that. I often call him a genius because of his perspective on things. He was something to watch for sure. If you ever wanted an expert opinion on anything, something from a different point of view. You could always ask Wally. And he would for sure tell you. He didn't hold back because he didn't have a care in the world. Including your feelings. Don't get me wrong... That kid would kill or die for us... No really, he would really kill or die for us in the family. That's the kind of guy you want around. All that passion he direct toward the bad guy. I don't envy anyone getting on Wally's bad side. It's the guys with a pure heart you have to look out for and Wally had that for sure. I don't fear the evil person. I fear the person the evil person is trying to hurt. Wally was a bear in that aspect. Read this book. If you want reality and insanity in a humorous format. This is it for sure. Wally will bring out every emotion you have. I think the stories will grab onto you and never let go. It will change how you think about people and treat people. Thanks for reading. This book is based on a true story but you probably won't believe it anyway.
We Live In Prophecy Every Day: Iron Sharpens Iron

This is dedicated for the fund raising for WORD OF FAITH CHARITY (Aust) part of the "WORD OF FAITH MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL"and at the time of writing this we are developing, and cultivating, the gifts of the Holy Spirit by some inspirational teaching that is coming to us by the "Divine Appointment "that we believe the God of our Lord Jesus Christ is correcting the foundational teachings that was originally given by the Apostles & Prophets of old. There is no need for God to raise again the Apostles and Prophets to lay again the doctrines of acts 2:42-46 However the body of Christ has lost the original understandings, and meanings, of the Apostles doctrines, so there is a Prophetic anointing, and a special remnant of people God is using to correct the foundations to take us to the higher levels, for the perfecting of the Saints in the body of Christ. I believe that every true Prophet of God around the world would endorse this description and say yes, exactly what God is doingWe live in Prophecy every day but very few will know and act upon their new incoming informationSadly, people today make the same mistakes. They think they are the exception to Scriptures, but they are not. People are told they will destroy their lives if they make a certain decision, and their stubbornness blinds them to the fact that they are living in prophecy as they head down a destructive path. People oftentimes know that immorality destroys lives, but they think they are the exception and head down the road of prophecy and never see their eminent destruction. There are some things you can do to avoid this.

This is the first major biography of Admiral Sir Bertram Ramsay in fifty years. Ramsay masterminded the evacuation of the British Expeditionary Force from Dunkirk in 1940. Initially, it was thought that 40,000 troops at most could be rescued. But Ramsay's planning and determination led to some 338,000 being brought back to fight another day, although the Royal Navy and the Merchant Navy paid a high price in ships and men. Ramsay continued to play a crucial role in the conduct of the Second World War – the invasion of Sicily in 1943 was successful in large part due to his vision, and he had a key role in the planning and execution of the D-Day invasion – coordinating and commanding the 7,000 ships that delivered the invasion force onto the beaches of Normandy. After forty years in the Royal Navy he was forced to retire in 1938 after falling out with a future First Sea Lord but months later, with war looming, he was given a new post. However he was not reinstated on the Active List until April 1944, at which point he was promoted to Admiral and appointed Naval Commander-in-Chief for the D-Day naval expeditionary force. Dying in a mysterious air crash in 1945, Ramsay’s legacy has been remembered by the Royal Navy but his key role in the Allied victory has been widely forgotten. After the war ended his achievements ranked alongside those of Sir Winston Churchill, Field Marshal Viscount Alanbrooke, Field Marshal Viscount Montgomery and General Dwight Eisenhower, yet he never received the public recognition he deserved.Brian Izzard’s new biography of Ramsay puts him and his work back centre-stage, arguing that Ramsay was the mastermind without whom the outcome of both Dunkirk and D-Day – and perhaps the entire war – could have been very different.
The Adventure Friends have an epic ski day The story follows along four animal friends skiing on a fun-filled powder day and end the day enjoying each other's company by a fire. Likely to bring a smile to any outdoor enthusiast, the characters have names with outdoorsy puns; Gnarwhal, Radypus, Pow Cow and Shreddy Bear. The colorful and vivid illustrations bring the characters expressions and personalities to life.
