Der verfassungsrechtliche Schutz von Aktionarsrechten stellt seit der Feldmuhle-Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts im Jahre 1962 einen verfassungsrechtlichen Dauerbrenner dar. Infolge der Finanzmarktkrise 2008 wird dieses juristische Feld aktueller denn je. Der Verfasser untersucht, welche Grundrechte die Mitgliedschaft in einer Aktiengesellschaft schutzen. Hierbei setzt er sich mit der durch das Bundesverfassungsgericht gepragten Dogmatik des Anteilseigentums kritisch auseinander. Weiterhin stellt er den grundrechtlichen Einfluss auf das Gesellschaftsrecht nach Massgabe der grundrechtsdogmatischen Prufungsstrukturen dar. Auf dieser Basis nimmt der Verfasser eine verfassungsrechtliche Wurdigung der aktienrechtlichen Gesetzeslage an Hand des Squeeze Out gemass 327 a ff AktG, des Auskunftsrechts des Aktionars gemass 131 Abs. 1 AktG und des Anfechtungsrechts nach 243 ff AktG vor. Aus dieser Analyse leitet er Vorschlage fur eine Neugestaltung von Aktionarsrechten de lege ferenda ab.

Let's use scripture from the King James Bible to see how the word of God reveals Christianity from the start of salvation unto the end of our faith and salvation of our soul as the Apostle Peter said. Let's let the light of the truth in Christ reveal the darkness of a church which should be the "mystery" of being the bride of Christ, but has turned into being "MYSTERY, BABYLON, THE MOTHER OF ALL HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS."This book uses the Holy Ghost and King James Bible. It does not use man's denominational limitations or divisions. The author hopes this book will remove all confusion from the various doctrines which vary from church to church. This book argues that literary and historiographical works written by Iberian Christians between the twelfth and sixteenth centuries promoted contradictory representations of Muslims in order to advocate for their colonization through the affirmation of Christian supremacy. Ambivalent depictions of cultural difference are essential for colonizers to promote their own superiority, as explained by postcolonial critics and observed in medieval and early modern texts in Castilian, Catalan, and Portuguese, such as the Cantar de mio Cid, Cantigas de Santa Maria, Llibre dels fets, Estoria de España, Crónica geral de 1344, Tirant lo Blanch, and Os Lusíadas. In all these works, the contradictions of Muslim enemies, allies, and subjects allow Christian leaders to prevail and profit through their opposition and collaboration with them. Such colonial dynamics of simultaneous belligerence and assimilation determined the ways in which Portugal, Spain, and later European powers interacted with non-Christians in Africa, Asia, and even the Americas.
