Questa ricerca prevedeva un'analisi della relazione tra i fattori di rischio psicosociale (richieste ambientali e sforzo fisico, partecipazione e gestione del cambiamento e relazioni sociali sul lavoro) e la soddisfazione lavorativa nei lavoratori delle imprese edili della citt di Monteria. Lo studio stato condotto su un campione di 47 lavoratori, la maggior parte dei quali di et compresa tra i 20 e i 30 anni, con meno di 7 anni di anzianit lavorativa in aziende edili, con una predominanza di contratti temporanei. evidente che il fattore di rischio psicosociale con il maggior numero di lavoratori al massimo livello di rischio rappresentato dalle richieste ambientali e dallo sforzo fisico, che potrebbe essere condizionato dall'ambiente di lavoro in cui si sviluppa questo tipo di lavoratori, a causa delle alte temperature, del rumore, della mancanza di condizioni di ordine e pulizia, del carico fisico e della scarsa sicurezza industriale presenti nello svolgimento delle loro attivit .
