The Forgotten Wisdom Behind Genesis Story of Creation

--For generations, religions have tried to build God and their holy books around the mind of reason (the intellect) and that of emotional thinking to understand God and his ways. And, because of this, the God of the Bible, as we understand him to be our savior and creator, is in fact, a false God that strongly believes in the "tree of knowledge of good and evil" as real. My friends, according to the ascended masters, we humans have no concept when it comes to knowing the real God. This false God holds no idea when it comes to good, bad, sin and punishment - for these things are all based on a rational mind that has no concept about the real God. Religions around the world are very much asleep when it comes to the wisdom found in "the story of creation," because beyond the obvious writings of the text, there lies the unchanging narrative where you possess the composition of a "universal omnipresent mind field of pure unbiased god energy," to whom Jesus called Father. Therefore, the wisdom here is that God is not literal or does he exist as a single-minded male personality. He does not even exist as a deity wrapped in a book that holds all power to himself. And yet, God is real because you are real But, this God of the Bible, as presented by religion, is not.One of the biggest surprises I have received from the ascended masters since 2004 was when I learned about religions misleading us when it comes to knowing God, Satan, sin, punishment, and his judgments when we die. All of it, my friends, has been nothing but lies all because of fear, power, and control. The example given was when the ascended masters metaphorically informed me that "God is like a vast ocean and we humans are the drops of water making up that ocean; and, if we took away all the drops, then there would be no ocean, therefore no God." This in and of itself is very profound "

Environmental Markets explains the prospects of using markets to improve environmental quality and resource conservation. No other book focuses on a property rights approach using environmental markets to solve environmental problems. This book compares standard approaches to these problems using governmental management, regulation, taxation, and subsidization with a market-based property rights approach. This approach is applied to land, water, wildlife, fisheries, and air and is compared to governmental solutions. The book concludes by discussing tougher environmental problems such as ocean fisheries and the global atmosphere, emphasizing that neither governmental nor market solutions are a panacea.

Community, home, and identity are concepts that have concerned scholars in a variety of fields for some time. Legal scholars, sociologists, anthropologists, psychologists, and economists, among others, have studied the impacts of home and community on one's identity and how one's identity is manifested in one's home and in one's community. This volume brings together some of the leading thinkers about the connections between community, home and identity. Several chapters address how the law and lawyers contribute (or detract) from the creation and maintenance of community and, in some cases, the conscious destruction of communities. Others examine the protection of individual and group identities through rules related to property title and use of such things as Home and 'identity property'.
How do leaders influence others? Although they sometimes appeal directly to good reasons, which we associate with rational persuasion, leaders also use guilt, pressure, flattery, bullying, and rewards and punishment—all to get the behaviors that they want. Even when leaders refrain from outright lying, they are nevertheless known to practice something approaching, perhaps reaching, the level of manipulation. Influence therefore presents a serious ethical problem across leadership contexts. Leadership and the Ethics of Influence argues that influence puts leaders at risk of using people. It is generally disrespectful of autonomy to figure out what makes people "tick" in an effort to "handle" them. In contrast with physical force, influence works through agency, not around it. Despite this feature of influence—and, to a large extent because of it—the everyday influence associated with leadership is often morally troublesome. What matters morally is not only whether agency is bypassed or overridden but also who is ultimately in control. This book uses philosophy and leadership studies to show how leaders across different contexts can be justified in getting followers to do things. Connecting moral theory to leadership theory, and especially to charismatic leadership, authentic leadership, transforming leadership, and ethical leadership, this book is essential reading for leadership scholars, students, and practitioners.
