This book explores the presidential image of Donald Trump as it is constructed by the media within American national mythology, precisely the frontier myth.By offering an account of three milestones in the development of the frontier mythology in its intersection with presidential imagery, the book shows how the image of Donald Trump fits into the line of "cowboy presidents," together with Theodore Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. It also offers insights into the reasons for making Russian president Vladimir Putin a part of Trump’s story and a routinely mentioned figure in American presidential politics.Applying the means of philosophical anthropology to this topical issue at the intersection of politics and the media, this volume will appeal to those working and studying in the areas of media studies, political anthropology, American studies, and myth studies.

Donald J. Trump's Presidency
This book captures Donald J. Trump’s presidency by addressing the remarkable tropes that defined that period. It offers research-based investigations of the communicative aspects of Trump’s presidency, with a focus on race, immigration, xenophobia, and social conflicts as they interact with communication. The book utilizes research data to capture critical moments of the presidency. Chapters examine metadiscourse during President Trump’s press events, where he accused the media of “Nasty Question” and “Fake News”, offer computational framing analysis to expose the communication of racism and xenophobia in US-Mexico cross-border wall discourses, and provide critical textual analysis of select episodes of CW’s critically acclaimed TV show Jane the Virgin, exposing how citizenship, or lack thereof shapes one’s relationship to the state and surrounding communities. They also offer textual analysis to demonstrate how a predominantly White newsroom differs from a newsroom that is racially diverse, against the backdrop of the coverage of two politically charged issues of Black Lives Matter and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and explore interdisciplinary concepts related to understanding immigrants’ and sojourners’ believability evaluation of disinformation.Donald J. Trump's Presidency will be a key resource for scholars and researchers of communication studies, political communication, media and cultural studies, race and ethnic studies, and political science, while also appealing to anyone interested in the communicative aspects of Trump’s presidency and American politics. This book was originally published as a special issue of the Howard Journal of Communications.

Author Nicole Marie Story is an ordinary girl with an extraordinary story. She describes, in graphic detail, her life of seventeen years of disordered eating, including behaviours of anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, and of how President Donald J. Trump influenced the end of her great war with food. This is the first ever book on eating disorders published from a place of strength versus one of weakness. It is written from a place of winning versus one of losing. Additionally, she writes of how Donald Trump became her hero at the age of nine in 1991, before she knew anything of the greatness of the Trump name. Fast forward to 2015 and she called the presidential election from day one, living for three years as an undercover Trump supporter, to protect her work and friendships. Other subjects discussed include Fake Yoga, Trump Derangement Syndrome, abuse of #MeToo, illegal immigration, sex, skyscrapers, and her beautiful dog Gwendolyn The book entertains, educates, and inspires Samastitihi.
Donald Trump The Illegitimate President

This 400 page, meticulously well-researched book by a former Republican insider offers explosive NEW revelations and important insight into the "malignant narcissist", Donald Trump, you can't find anywhere else. Of course, we all know this is the man who solicited the help of Russians and paid off porn stars in a successful effort to deceive Americans and gain the White House by cheating. Trump's tyrannical impulses threaten to transform the U.S. into a totalitarian state. But read an astonishing chapter that for the first time reproduces verbatim 251 messages the Trumpites (including Don Jr.) exchanged with Russians, yet Robert Mueller claimed he could find no "coordination" The author questions critical gaps in Mueller's investigation regarding Wikileaks, Trump's financial history, and Mueller's failure to even mention the server in Trump Tower that was communicating with a Russian server during the campaign. Then there is the false assertion that indicting a sitting President is "unconstitutional." (There is nothing in the Constitution or any statutes that prohibit a criminal indictment, and no court opinions that prevent it. The Supreme Court has even ruled a President is subject to a civil lawsuit while in office). DONALD TRUMP: THE ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT traces Trump's involvement with the Soviet Union back to the early 1980s, talks about how he sold over 1,400 condos to Russians, yet lost $1 billion in a decade of bad business deals. He filed six corporate bankruptcies, and then was bailed out by Russian oligarchs close to the Kremlin. Along the way Trump was sued over 3,500 times, was fined $10 million for money laundering violations at one of his failed casinos, was forced to close the Trump Foundation when it was discovered he took money intended for children with cancer, and had to close Trump University and pay back $25 million to students. Read how he plunders the U.S. Treasury to enrich himself and his family (it's even worse than you think ) The book examines the sinister elements who have surrounded Trump, from past to present, including his mentor, the late mob lawyer Roy Cohn (a Joe McCarthy associate) . There are colorful details about Trump's marital history, lavish lifestyle, personal eccentricities and how a group of esteemed psychiatrists have publicly warned of his mental instability. Trump's mendacity, narcissism, cruelty, defense of white nationalists and frenzy to obliterate Obama's legacy are discussed with alarming new details. He is succeeding in turning back the clock on decades of bipartisan progress. With the help of Senate Republicans, Trump and "Moscow Mitch" McConnell have been packing the courts with alt-right judges not just to reshape our society in favor of the rich, but also with the expectation these judges will help them escape accountability for their own criminal conduct. There are interviews with people who worked for the Russian troll farm that poisoned our social media and hacked into all 50 states' vote-counting systems. The author reveals suspicious anomalies in Republican vote totals in the 2000, 2004 and 2016 Presidential elections, examines the vulnerability of our vote-counting system, and questions why Ivanka Trump has gotten Chinese patents to manufacture electronic voting machines. The book also profiles a decorated female U.S. military officer who helped save the lives of thousands of U.S. troops in Afghanistan, but who was jailed when she tried to warn Americans of Trump being the true "Manchurian candidate." Each day that Donald Trump remains in office he dishonors the 1.1 million Americans who have died to protect our freedoms. DON'T MISS THIS BOOK. It is so important, it is a "MUST READ" if you care about the survival of our democracy. Tell everyone you know about it (The mainstream media have totally ignored this book, no doubt because they are embarrassed by how much they failed to tell us).
