Ziel dieses Buches ist es, die thermische Leistung und die Machbarkeit der Integration eines Erd-Luft-W rmetauschers (EAHE) in das Dampfkompressions-Luftk hlsystem eines Geb udes im hei en Klima der arabischen Golfregion oder in hnlichen Klimazonen zu bewerten. Bei dem vorgeschlagenen System wird die Umgebungsluft von einem Axialventilator durch einen in einer bestimmten Tiefe unter der Erdoberfl che vergrabenen EAHE gedr ckt. Der EAHE nutzt die niedrige Temperatur des Untergrunds und die thermischen Eigenschaften des Bodens, um die Temperatur der K hlluft zu senken. Die Abluft aus dem EAHE wird zur K hlung des Kondensatorregisters einer Klimaanlage auf Basis des Dampfkompressionszyklus (VCC) verwendet, um deren Leistungszahl (COP) zu verbessern. Die potenzielle Verbesserung des COP wurde f r zwei verschiedene K ltemittel (d.h. R-22 und R410a) in K hlsystemen untersucht. Es wurde ein mathematisches Modell entwickelt, um die Bodentemperatur in verschiedenen Tiefen zu sch tzen, und die entsprechende Luftaustrittstemperatur des EAHE wurde berechnet.
