Poeziile ei de debut sint un fel de a dialoga cu diverse aspecte ale vietii, reveland intr-un limbaj cat mai veridic relatia ei cu lumea, in stransa legatura cu imaginea care le acompaniaza. Peintre, photographe et journaliste, Eva Halus a immigree au Canada en 1989. Elle a etudiee le Design Graphique l'Universite Concordia, a exposee dans diverses galeries et a enseignee la peinture aux enfants et adultes. Depuis 2004 son activite artistique s'est intersectee avec la communaute roumaine de Montreal. Ses poemes de debout sont un dialogue avec differentes aspectes de la vie, en relevant dans un langage veridique sa relation avec le Monde. Les poemes sont correles avec les images qui les accompagnent.

Die Studie widmet sich signifikanten Ver nderungen innerhalb des literarischen Feldes zum Erz hlgegenstand Jugoslawien: Zwischen der Ver ffentlichung von Peter Handkes Winterlicher Reise (1996) und Sasa Stanisics Erz hlwerk Herkunft (2019) ist eine diskursive Verschiebung von 'fremden', externen Perspektiven auf den (post-)jugoslawischen Kulturraum zu autobiographischen Erz hltexten zu beobachten, was sich besonders gut an der Handke-Nobelpreis-Debatte im Jahr 2019 erkennen l sst. Den Untersuchungsgegenstand der Studie bilden Erz hltexte, die auf eigenen oder famili ren Erfahrungen von Flucht und Migration dreier Autor: innen aufbauen: Sasa Stanisic, Jagoda Marinic und Marko Dinic. Zentrales Anliegen ist es, die Vielfalt an postjugoslawischen Reisedarstellungen einer kulturellen in-group sowohl in ihren Themen und Motiven als auch in ihren formal sthetischen Merkmalen herauszuarbeiten und auszudifferenzieren. Manchen Zeitgenossen erscheinen sie wie Satze aus einer langst vergessenen, unverstandlichen Sprache. Tomas Halik nahert sich diesen Fragen mit einer alten Defi nition von Liebe: "Ich will, dass du bist." Er hilft, abseits von Kitsch und grossen Gefuhlen den existenziellen Kern von Liebe zu verstehen: die Sehnsucht nach einem Gegenuber. Ein nachdenkliches Buch uber die tiefe Bedeutung der Liebe.
