It is the story of Indo-Pak relations has been mainly a story of conflict. A lot of writings in the field of History, Political Science, Geography and Anthropology subjects related to Indo-Pak relations have been published in this knowledge world but there is a bit of research in the field of Psychology related to these two neighboring countries. The aim of this research is to analyze and understand social behaviour and psyche of human being of both countries. .This author clearly indicated in this book that Pakistani journalists, teachers and students have more prejudice than Indian journalists, teachers and students except and businessmen.Pakistani journalists, teachers, businessmen and students have external oriented behaviour and, Indian journalists, teachers, businessmen and students have internal oriented behaviour.Pakistani journalists, teachers, businessmen and students have more alienated than Indian journalists, teachers, businessmen and students.Positive declaratory statement from both countries should produce for the creating peace, camaraderie and friendship.

The Asian Regional Team for Employment Promotion (ARTEP) is responsible for implementing the ILO's World Employment Programme in the Asian region. Its main objectives are to identify the factors which prevent a substantial expansion of employment opportunities in countries of the region, to identify measures which can overcome these factors and to assist governments in the implementation of such measures. The ARTEP is based in New Delhi, India. The present volume is an edited version of the synthesis report on employment and human resource development strategies in Pakistan carried out under the UNDP-ILO project, "Employment and Manpower Strategies and Policies". The broader issues related to employment and human resource development of Pakistan have been presented in this study in the hope that they will be of interest to a wider audience both inside and outside Pakistan. This volume has been prepared by Mr. John Cameron of the School of Development Studies, University of East Anglia and Mr.Mohammad Irfan of the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Islamabad while they were respectively the Chief Technical Advisor and the National Technical Consultant to the above UNDP-ILO project.

Sir Muhammad Iqbal (1873-1938) was not only amongst the leading political figures of his time, but regarded by many as the spiritual father of Pakistan and a great champion of the reform movement of modern Islam. He was also a poet, in both Urdu and Persian. The recurrent theme of his poems is the infinite potentiality of man, as partner with God in shaping the destiny of the universe. As an ardent Muslim, Iqbal saw the realization of mankind’s future in a union of Islamic peoples, unfettered by the bonds of separate nationhood, fully liberated from the chains of imperial domination. The Javid-nama, commonly acknowledged as his greatest work, develops this theme within the frame-work of the ‘Ascension’ story. In imitation of the Prophet of Islam, the poet soars through the spheres, encountering on his heavenly journey many great figures of history with whom he converses. The resemblance to Dante’s Divine Comedy is obvious.
