Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Bibliothek des Studiengangs ffentliche Verwaltung an der Staatlichen Universit t von Alagoas (UNEAL), Campus VI, zu analysieren, um ihre Effizienz zu bewerten und festzustellen, ob die Bibliothek den Standards des Bildungsministeriums entspricht und in der Lage ist, die Bed rfnisse des Campus, insbesondere des Studiengangs ffentliche Verwaltung, zu erf llen.

The library has undergone many changes since it first appeared in society. Today we can find more comfortable places with technologies that make it easier to handle information. Despite all the changes, its importance remains the same: to serve as a solid and reliable base for those who use its services to seek knowledge. The aim of this project is to analyse the library of the Public Administration course at the State University of Alagoas (UNEAL), campus VI, in order to assess its efficiency, whether the library complies with the Ministry of Education's standards and is able to meet the needs of the campus for the Public Administration course in particular.

L'obiettivo di questo progetto analizzare la biblioteca del corso di Pubblica Amministrazione dell'Universit Statale di Alagoas (UNEAL), campus VI, per valutarne l'efficienza, la conformit agli standard del Ministero dell'Istruzione e la capacit di soddisfare le esigenze del campus per il corso di Pubblica Amministrazione in particolare.

The book emphasizes the fundamentals of each technique, with step-by-step codes and real-world examples with data from areas such as medicine and health, biology, engineering, technology and related sciences. Examples use the most recent R language syntax, with recognized robust, widespread and current packages. Code scripts are exhaustively commented, making it clear to readers what happens in each command. For data collection, readers are instructed how to build their own robots from the very beginning. In addition, an entire chapter focuses on the concept of spatial analysis, allowing readers to build their own maps through geo-referenced data (such as in epidemiologic research) and some basic statistical techniques. Other chapters cover ensemble and uplift modeling and GLMM (Generalized Linear Mixed Models) estimations, both linear and nonlinear.

Die gestiegene Wettbewerbsf higkeit auf dem Markt, die S ttigung der Arbeitspl tze und der Fortschritt der Technologie im Bereich der Arbeitswelt im Allgemeinen, insbesondere im Bereich des Rechts, hat dazu gef hrt, dass auch die Arbeit der Fachleute, die dieses Handwerk bernehmen, starke Ver nderungen erfahren hat, die sich auf den Beruf ausgewirkt haben. The existing situations related to the market-worker-organization process and the context of productivity have led all types of workers to adapt and manage creativity towards the factors of physical and psychological health protection in the labor space. The increased competitiveness in the market, the saturation of jobs and advancement of technology in the space of the world of work in general, especially in the area of law, has meant that the work of professionals who take on this craft has also undergone strong changes that have impacted the profession. One realizes, then, that the challenges that these professionals face allow us to reflect on a practice of law that offers serious risks to the mental health of the worker. In Brazil, studies on psychological suffering (depression, anxiety, and stress) in this group of workers are still scarce. This book, in light of the concept of mental health and taking into consideration the theme of psychological suffering, seeks to evaluate the psychological factors of protection used by lawyers for the maintenance of psychological health.

L'aumento della competitivit nel mercato, la saturazione dei posti di lavoro e l'avanzamento della tecnologia nello spazio del mondo del lavoro in generale, specialmente nell'area del diritto, ha fatto s che anche il lavoro dei professionisti che intraprendono questo mestiere abbia subito forti cambiamenti che hanno influito sulla professione. Ci si rende conto, quindi, che le sfide che questi professionisti affrontano ci permettono di riflettere su una pratica del diritto che offre gravi rischi per la salute mentale del lavoratore. In Brasile, gli studi sulla sofferenza psicologica (depressione, ansia e stress) in questo gruppo di lavoratori sono ancora scarsi. Questo libro, alla luce del concetto di salute mentale e prendendo in considerazione il tema della sofferenza psicologica, cerca di valutare i fattori psicologici di protezione utilizzati dagli avvocati per il mantenimento della salute psicologica.

Assessing a unique collection of more than eighty images, this innovative study of visual culture reveals the productive organization of plantation landscapes in the nineteenth-century Atlantic world. These landscapes-from cotton fields in the Lower Mississippi Valley to sugar plantations in western Cuba and coffee plantations in Brazil's Paraiba Valley-demonstrate how the restructuring of the capitalist world economy led to the formation of new zones of commodity production. By extension, these environments radically transformed slave labor and the role such labor played in the expansion of the global economy.Artists and mapmakers documented in surprising detail how the physical organization of the landscape itself made possible the increased exploitation of enslaved labor. Reading these images today, one sees how technologies combined with evolving conceptions of plantation management that reduced enslaved workers to black bodies. Planter control of enslaved people's lives and labor maximized the production of each crop in a calculated system of production. Nature, too, was affected: the massive increase in the scale of production and new systems of cultivation increased the land's output. Responding to world economic conditions, the replication of slave-based commodity production became integral to the creation of mass markets for cotton, sugar, and coffee, which remain at the center of contemporary life.
