Insgesamt wurden 94 formalinfixierte, in Paraffin eingebettete Nierenzellkarzinome untersucht (55 M nner und 39 Frauen, deren Alter zwischen 18 und 80 Jahren liegt). Die Daten wurden aus den Aufzeichnungen der histopathologischen Labors im Al-Sadder Teaching Hospital und einigen privaten histopathologischen Labors im Gouvernement Najaf im Zeitraum von Dezember 2018 bis Mai 2019 mit Hilfe molekularer Technik (Polymerase-Kettenreaktion) zum Nachweis von DNA f r BKPyV und JCPyV und Immunhistochemie-Technik (IHC) zum Nachweis von Expressionsproteinen von Cyclin Dependent Kinase Regulators Markern (KAP oder CDKN3 & Cyclin E1) gesammelt.Die aktuellen Ergebnisse der immunhistochemischen Technik (IHC) zeigten, dass ein h herer Prozentsatz der KAP- oder CDKN3-Marker 65 (69,15% von 94 Geweben) und ein niedrigerer Prozentsatz der Cyclin E1-Marker 13 (13,83% von 94 Geweben) positiv war.

Os dados foram recolhidos a partir de registos de laborat rios histopatol gicos do Hospital Universit rio Al-Sadder e de alguns laborat rios histopatol gicos privados na prov ncia de Najaf durante o per odo de dezembro de 2018 a maio de 2019, utilizando a t cnica molecular (rea o em cadeia da polimerase) para a dete o de ADN para BKPyV e JCPyV, e a t cnica de imuno-histoqu mica (IHC) para detetar a express o de prote nas de marcadores de reguladores da quinase dependentes da ciclina (KAP ou CDKN3 e ciclina E1).Inicialmente, estes casos s o examinados histopatologicamente atrav s da colora o de hematoxilina e eosina (H&E), que foi efectuada por um histopatologista consultor para garantir a exist ncia de carcinoma das c lulas renais.
