Der Aufbau der Arbeit soll logisch die Zielsetzung verfolgen. Auf die Einleitung folgt die Darstellung der theoretischen Grundlagen, die einen Einblick in die verschiedenen Phasenmodelle der emotionalen Reaktion auf Change Prozesse geben sollen. Im Anwendungsteil wird eine kurze Darstellung der Gegebenheiten und Besonderheiten bei der Betrachtung des Unternehmens Cyclemania gegeben, um anschlie end aufbauend auf dieser und den theoretischen Grundlagen die emotionalen Phasen der Change Verarbeitung seitens der Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens darzulegen. Schlie lich wird in der Synthese des bis dahin Erarbeiteten eine Change Story f r das Unternehmen Cyclemania vorgestellt, die als Instrument des vorgesehene. Change Prozesses dienen soll mit dem Ziel, den Change und seine Phasen strukturiert und mitarbeiterbezogen zu kommunizieren, um m glichst gro e Akzeptanz zu generieren. Schlie lich soll die Zusammenlegung aller Standorte zu einer Erfolgsstory f r Cyclemania werden. Das sich anschlie ende Diskussionskapitel ordnet die Arbeit und ihre Methodik ein und bewertet diese.
