En lyckad flykt från helvetet i Iran till Sverige och det moderna området Hammarby Sjöstad. Jag växte upp i ett fridfullt Iran, som 1979 förvandlades till ett helvete när Khomeini tog över. Han rövade bort landets trygghet med sin revolution och tvingade oss att fly landet och dess hårda och blodiga islamiska regler. Efter sex år, 1985, lyckades jag fly från skräckregimen med mina barn. Jag landade i Sverige och skapade en ny tillvaro i frihetens land. Flykten från Iran var nödvändig för att undvika tortyr och avrättningar, för att undvika att bli fängslad och hamna under det islamiska förtrycket. Jag har alltid varit en aktiv kvinna. Före revolutionen lyckades jag ta flygcertifikat och skulle arbeta som trafikpilot i Iran. Jag var egen företagare, och tog även lastbils- och busskörkort bara för att visa på kvinnors styrka. Men kvinnornas rättigheter försvann samma dag Khomeini införde sina nya islamiska lagar. Jag - och alla andra kvinnor - blev instängda i en trång bur, i hemmet och köket. Trots alla svårigheter i mitt liv har jag fortsatt att kämpa, och flykten till Sverige förändrade också min livsstil. I mitt nya hemland har jag bland annat drivit pizzeria, men framför allt varit verksam som författare, poet och konstnär. Jag har även varit engagerad politiskt i Stockholm. Jag är ändå tacksam mot mitt öde; att det hårda livet i exil mot alla odds gav mig styrka att stå på mina fötter igen och öppna ögonen i frid och fröjd till ett nytt liv fullt av frihet och demokrati. www.arya.se

Druga aplikacja internetowa zostala zaimplementowana w najpopularniejszym języku programowania back-end "PHP" i dziala na dw ch r żnych serwerach internetowych, jednym serwerze "Apache" i drugim serwerze "Nginx". Desempenho e escalabilidade s o grandes desafios que, com o tempo, passam a ser considerados em muitos projetos web. Este trabalho apresenta uma vis o geral das duas tecnologias back-end mais conhecidas: PHP e Node.js. No mbito deste trabalho, s o explicadas as diferen as e semelhan as entre as duas tecnologias back-end, com especial destaque para o par metro desempenho. Isto poss vel atrav s do teste comparativo de duas aplica es web com as mesmas funcionalidades. A primeira aplica o web est implementada em Node.js e funciona num servidor Node. A segunda aplica o web implementada na linguagem de programa o back-end mais conhecida, PHP, e funciona em dois servidores web diferentes, um servidor Apache e um servidor Nginx. O objetivo comparar estes tr s sites em funcionamento com diferentes ferramentas, a fim de obter um resultado que indique qual a linguagem de programa o com melhor desempenho em cada ambiente de servidor.

Human resources are among the most important resources of an organisation, as without personnel, the tasks within the organisation cannot be fulfilled. However, this is not only the case for profit-oriented organisations, but also for non-profit organisations. In order to manage this scarce resource in organisations, whether profit or non-profit, a well-thought-out management plan for human resources must be considered. This paper provides an overview of human resource management in general and human resource management in NPOs in particular. It explains the basics of human resource management and highlights the differences between human resource management in profit and non-profit organisations. Furthermore, certain points are raised on how non-profit organisations should proceed when managing human resources in order to recruit, administer, remunerate and develop their staff. Finally, a youth organisation in Austria is used to illustrate how it handles its specific approach to human resource management.

Le pr sent travail donne un aper u de la gestion du personnel en g n ral et de la gestion du personnel dans les organisations but non lucratif en particulier. Dans le cadre de ce travail, les bases de la gestion du personnel sont expliqu es et les diff rences entre la gestion du personnel dans les organisations but lucratif et non lucratif sont mises en vidence. En outre, certains points sont soulev s, tels que la mani re dont les organisations but non lucratif doivent proc der pour recruter, g rer, r mun rer et d velopper leur personnel. Enfin, l'exemple d'une organisation de jeunesse en Autriche illustre la mani re dont elle g re sp cifiquement son personnel.
Strategie per la gestione del personale nelle organizzazioni non profit
Il personale una delle risorse pi importanti di un'organizzazione, poich senza di esso non sarebbe possibile svolgere le attivit all'interno dell'organizzazione stessa. Ci vale non solo per le organizzazioni orientate al profitto, ma anche per quelle senza scopo di lucro, ovvero le organizzazioni no profit. Per gestire questa risorsa limitata che il personale, sia nelle organizzazioni profit che in quelle no profit, necessario elaborare un piano di gestione del personale ben congegnato. Il presente lavoro offre una panoramica della gestione del personale in generale e, in particolare, della gestione del personale nelle organizzazioni non profit. Nell'ambito di questo lavoro vengono illustrate le basi della gestione del personale e vengono evidenziate le differenze tra la gestione del personale nelle organizzazioni a scopo di lucro e in quelle non profit. Vengono inoltre sollevati alcuni punti su come le organizzazioni non profit dovrebbero procedere nella gestione del personale al fine di reclutare, amministrare, retribuire e sviluppare il personale. Infine, viene illustrato, sulla base di un'organizzazione giovanile in Austria, come viene gestito il suo approccio specifico alla gestione del personale.
