Gremolata is just a posh name for a citrusy, herby dressing. The turkey in this recipe contains tryptophan, which keeps you calm and centred. The broccoli helps your liver detox and as a result, gives your skin that glows. That's a much better look than sad and starving, don't you think? -Courgette and white bean soup. Imagine having a bowl of this handmade soup (don't worry, it only takes 5 minutes to make - literally) for lunch. How much better than a shop bought sandwich in a packet. -Mexican pinto bean soup with avocado salsa.
