Before the advent of the widespread use of the internet, bullying was confined to school grounds, classrooms, and backyards. Now, the virulence of bullying has taken on new meaning, as bullies take to the web to intimidate, harrass, embarrass, and offend others. Through email, cell phones, text messaging, and social networking sites, bullies can carry out their bullying in many cases without ever having to confront their victims, and often without consequence. Las conclusiones determinaron que las lecciones aprendidas del OVA con el uso de esta tecnolog a digital tuvo una tasa de usabilidad muy alta, incrementando el rendimiento de la producci n cient fica de art culos, fortaleciendo las habilidades y destrezas de sus usuarios en la adquisici n del conocimiento y las competencias en su aplicabilidad en la RA.

This strategy recognizes, first, that a relatively small proportion of those who enter the juvenile justice system will prove to be serious, violent, or chronic offenders, but that group accounts for a large proportion of overall delinquency.
