Signed by President Obama on April 5, 2012, Title IV of the JOBS Act amends the 1930s-era Regulation A, making it far easier for businesses to raise growth capital through public offerings. It is, in effect, a new type of IPO but with much less regulation and cost. Regulation A+: How the JOBS Act Creates Opportunities for Entrepreneurs and Investors spells out new processes that can and will have a dramatic impact on how companies obtain growth capital to create new jobs and bolster returns for investors. Some financial gurus believe that the new law, dubbed Regulation A+ due to the enhancements, will usher in a revolutionary period of growth and innovation comparable to our largest past economic expansions. To date, much of the commentary on the JOBS Act has focused on Title III, which allows broader use of crowdfunding to raise up to $1 million per year. However, many entrepreneurs and economists believe that new changes to Regulation A will have a much greater impact on innovation and job creation. The best part? Trypanosomosis is one of the most prevalent haemoprotozoan disease of livestock widely distributed in tropical and subtropical countries including India during and immediately after rainy season, but it is also prevalent year around depending on agro-climatic conditions and immune status of animals. This text book describes the sero-prevalence, clinical findings, hematobiochemical alterations, diagnosis and treatment aspects of Trypanosoma evansi infection in equines. Several chemotherapeutic drugs have been tried against Trypanosomes but their use is limited because of toxicity, inability to bring about complete sterilization and cost factor. Keeping in view the current scenario two different trypanocidal drugs are comparatively evaluated. This book will provide practical knowledge regarding distribution, clinical signs, diagnosis and treatment of equine Trypanosomosis.

It aims to act as a guide through the fundamental aspects of, for example, types of overnight sleep study, establishing a sleep laboratory, preparing the patient for a sleep evaluation study, placement of electrodes and leads, and the scientific aspects of such placement, i.e., why they are placed at that particular position. This information will be very useful in those parts of the globe where formal training in sleep technology is not yet available. Many further chapters focus on depicting real-time illustrations of sleep data as captured in the sleep laboratory and the scoring of recording data. Information regarding common montages, artifacts, and troubleshooting in the sleep laboratory will facilitate the reader’s journey as a trainee sleep technologist. While scoring sleep recordings, the "When you score the data" histogram can provide a great deal of useful information, and this has been explained in detail in this book. Most importantly, it is prudent to be able to write reports that are both informative and easy to understand by physicians who do not have advanced knowledge of sleep medicine. A chapter has been dedicated to explaining this in detail.
