Es wurde ein genaues, einfaches, reproduzierbares und empfindliches Hochleistungs-Fl ssigkeitschromatographie-Verfahren (HPLC SHIMADZU JAPAN FABRICATED) zur gleichzeitigen Bestimmung von Loratadin, Methylparaben und Propylparaben aus Loratadin-Suspensionen f r pharmazeutische Formulierungen entwickelt und validiert. Die linearen Bereiche wurden mit (r2 = 0,9983) f r Loratadin, (r2 = 0,9702) f r Methylparaben und (r2 = 0,9985) f r Propylparaben ermittelt. Die prozentuale relative Standardabweichung f r Richtigkeit und Pr zision betrug nicht mehr als 2,0 %. Daher wurde die Pr zision an drei homogenen Proben ber einen Zeitraum von 72 Stunden durchgef hrt. Die Robustheit wurde an drei homogenen Proben von drei verschiedenen Forschern am selben Tag unter Verwendung derselben mobilen Phase durchgef hrt. UV-Detektion (SPD-10A) 254nm. Diese Methode konnte erfolgreich f r die Routineanalyse von Loratadin, Methylparaben und Propylparaben in verschiedenen Darreichungsformen eingesetzt werden. Die verwendete Methode war linear, reproduzierbar, pr zise und robust.
