Biomarker sind tief in die aktuellen klinischen Leitlinien f r akute, akut dekompensierte und chronische Herzinsuffizienz integriert. Nach der aktuellen Bewertung der Wirksamkeit der medizinischen Versorgung im Krankheitsmanagement werden kardiale Biomarker als individuelle Sonden anerkannt, die sich f r die Stratifizierung von Personen eignen, bei denen das Risiko einer Herzinsuffizienzentwicklung und -progression besteht, und die die Pr vention von Herzinsuffizienz und die zielgerichtete Behandlung von Herzinsuffizienz verbessern. Es gibt zahlreiche Belege f r die begrenzte Rolle von Biomarkern als Vorhersageinstrument bei der Behandlung von Herzinsuffizienz. Es wurden inzwischen viele ausgekl gelte Biomarker-Vorhersagewerte erstellt, um die Prognose des Herzinsuffizienzrisikos abzuschw chen. Es gibt jedoch keine eindeutigen Belege daf r, dass all diese Werte in ihrer F higkeit, klinische Ergebnisse und den Tod bei Patienten mit unterschiedlichen Ph notypen von Herzinsuffizienz vorherzusagen, ber alle pathophysiologischen Stadien der Herzinsuffizienz hinweg, bei akuter und chronischer Herzinsuffizienz und sogar bei Herzinsuffizienzpatienten mit mehreren Komorbidit ten, unterschiedlichen Alters und unterschiedlicher ethnischer Zugeh rigkeit, gleichwertig sind.
