El presente trabajo de investigaci n fue de tipo experimental, nivel explicativo, enfoque cuantitativo y corte transversal. Se realiz con el objetivo de demostrar el efecto antibacteriano in vitro del extracto etan lico de flores de Matricaria chamomilla (manzanilla) sobre Staphylococcus aureus. La obtenci n del extracto etan lico se realiz por el m todo de percolaci n, a partir de flores de M.chamomilla, se utiliz concentraciones al 50% y 75% del extracto. Se concluye que el extracto etan lico de flores de Matricaria chamomilla si tiene efecto antibacteriano in vitro sobre Staphylococcus aureus.

Die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit war vom experimentellen Typ, Erkl rungsebene, quantitativer Ansatz und Querschnitt. Sie wurde mit dem Ziel durchgef hrt, die in vitro antibakterielle Wirkung des ethanolischen Extrakts von Matricaria chamomilla (Kamille) Bl ten auf Staphylococcus aureus nachzuweisen. Der ethanolische Extrakt wurde durch die Perkolationsmethode aus den Bl ten von M.chamomilla gewonnen, es wurden Konzentrationen von 50% und 75% des Extraktes verwendet. Es wird geschlussfolgert, dass der ethanolische Extrakt aus Matricaria chamomilla Bl ten in vitro eine antibakterielle Wirkung auf Staphylococcus aureus hat.

The present research work was of experimental type, explanatory level, quantitative approach and cross-sectional. It was carried out with the aim of demonstrating the in vitro antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) flowers on Staphylococcus aureus. The ethanolic extract was obtained by the percolation method, from flowers of M.chamomilla, concentrations of 50% and 75% of the extract were used. It is concluded that the ethanolic extract of Matricaria chamomilla flowers has antibacterial effect in vitro on Staphylococcus aureus.

Il presente lavoro di ricerca era di tipo sperimentale, livello esplicativo, approccio quantitativo e trasversale. stato condotto con l'obiettivo di dimostrare l'effetto antibatterico in vitro dell'estratto etanolico dei fiori di Matricaria chamomilla (camomilla) su Staphylococcus aureus. Niniejsza praca badawcza miala charakter eksperymentalny, poziom wyjaśniający, podejście ilościowe i przekrojowy. Przeprowadzono je w celu wykazania przeciwbakteryjnego dzialania in vitro etanolowego ekstraktu z kwiat w rumianku pospolitego (Matricaria chamomilla) na Staphylococcus aureus. Ekstrakt etanolowy otrzymano metodą perkolacyjną, z kwiat w M.chamomilla, zastosowano stężenia 50% i 75% ekstraktu. Stwierdzono, że etanolowy ekstrakt z kwiat w Matricaria chamomilla wykazuje dzialanie przeciwbakteryjne in vitro na Staphylococcus aureus.
