I casi di infezioni nosocomiali sono in aumento in Brasile e in tutto il mondo e sono ormai considerati un rischio per la salute del paziente. Queste infezioni possono compromettere le condizioni critiche del paziente e, in alcuni casi, portarlo alla morte. Il CCIH (Comitato per il Controllo delle Infezioni Ospedaliere) svolge attivit all'interno dell'ambiente ospedaliero, lavorando per prevenire le infezioni e valutando la corretta terapia antimicrobica di cui il paziente ha bisogno. Considerando l'importanza e la necessit di prevenire queste infezioni e di identificare l'agente patogeno responsabile, importante anche diffondere la conoscenza dei principali microrganismi che causano le infezioni nosocomiali, come lo Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Questo batterio un patogeno opportunista molto comune negli ambienti ospedalieri, ha la capacit di resistere all'umidit ed facilmente resistente a vari antibiotici. Valutando queste caratteristiche, questo progetto mira a identificare quantitativamente i ceppi di Pseudomonas aeruginosa e a valutarne il profilo di sensibilit .

Die Zahl der Krankenhausinfektionen nimmt in Brasilien und weltweit zu und wird inzwischen als Risiko f r die Gesundheit der Patienten angesehen. Diese Infektionen k nnen den kritischen Zustand des Patienten gef hrden und in einigen F llen sogar zum Tod f hren. Der Ausschuss f r Infektionskontrolle im Krankenhaus (CCIH) ist im Krankenhausumfeld t tig, um Infektionen zu verhindern und die richtige antimikrobielle Therapie f r den Patienten zu bestimmen. Angesichts der Wichtigkeit und Notwendigkeit, diese Infektionen zu verhindern und den daf r verantwortlichen Erreger zu identifizieren, ist es auch wichtig, das Wissen ber die wichtigsten Mikroorganismen zu verbreiten, die Krankenhausinfektionen verursachen, wie z. B. Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Bei diesem Bakterium handelt es sich um einen opportunistischen Erreger, der in Krankenhausumgebungen sehr h ufig vorkommt, feuchtigkeitsresistent ist und leicht gegen verschiedene Antibiotika resistent ist. Durch die Bewertung dieser Merkmale sollen in diesem Projekt die St mme von Pseudomonas aeruginosa quantitativ identifiziert und ihr Empfindlichkeitsprofil bewertet werden.

Cases of hospital-acquired infections are on the rise in Brazil and around the world, and are now seen as a risk to the patient's health. These infections can jeopardise the patient's critical condition and in some cases even lead to death. The CCIH (Hospital Infection Control Committee) carries out activities within the hospital environment, working to prevent infections and assessing the correct antimicrobial therapy that the patient needs. Bearing in mind the importance and need to prevent these infections and identify the pathogen responsible for them, it is also important to spread knowledge about the main microorganisms that cause hospital-acquired infections, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This bacterium is an opportunistic pathogen that is very common in hospital environments, has the ability to resist humidity and is easily resistant to various antibiotics. By evaluating these characteristics, this project aims to quantitatively identify the strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and assess their sensitivity profile.

Esta novela surgi porque soy amante de los thrillers psicol gicos, entonces tuve un sue o y ese sue o me inspir , le hice unos cambios, por ejemplo la existencia de Ana... y la escrib en un lapso de tres meses encerrado en un cuarto obscuro; por horas y horas escuchando una canci n en especial, encerrado en ese espacio de tres por tres metros, con las ventanas cerradas y s lo escuchando esa canci n hasta que termin de escribir. Un thriller donde me propuse atrapar al lector en Ana, esperando que sienta esas emociones de aquel sue o que inspir esta novela y con la lectura ligera de estas p ginas, llenas de angustia y misterio, ofrecerle a usted lector, se sienta en la piel del protagonista.
