Aujourd'hui, les mat riaux voluent rapidement et l'on cherche r duire le poids et utiliser des mat riaux faible co t comme les alliages d'aluminium et leurs composites. Les alliages d'aluminium deviennent des mat riaux d'ing nierie potentiels offrant une excellente combinaison de propri t s telles qu'une r sistance sp cifique lev e, une rigidit sp cifique lev e, une conductivit lectrique et thermique, un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique et une r sistance l'usure. Les r sultats r v lent que le coefficient de dilatation thermique et la conductivit thermique de l'alliage tel que coul , trait thermiquement et de ses composites diminuent au fur et mesure que la teneur en renfort augmente. Les valeurs exp rimentales du coefficient de dilatation thermique et de la conductivit thermique ont t compar es la mod lisation en cours de d veloppement et la FEA a t utilis e pour tudier la distribution des valeurs du coefficient de dilatation thermique et de la conductivit thermique dans la r gion interfaciale. Ces composites peuvent tre des mat riaux alternatifs pour les avions spatiaux, les composants d'avions, les pi ces automobiles.

La domanda di oggi e del futuro che le leghe di alluminio siano i materiali pi adatti per le applicazioni ingegneristiche. Oggi i rapidi cambiamenti nei materiali spingono verso una riduzione del peso e verso materiali a basso costo come le leghe di alluminio e i suoi compositi. Gli AAC stanno diventando potenziali materiali ingegneristici che offrono un'eccellente combinazione di propriet come l'alta resistenza specifica, l'alta rigidit specifica, la conducibilit elettrica e termica, il basso coefficiente di espansione termica e la resistenza all'usura. Grazie alla loro eccellente combinazione di propriet , gli AAC vengono utilizzati in diverse applicazioni nei settori automobilistico, minerario, aerospaziale, della difesa e in altri settori correlati. I risultati rivelano che il coefficiente di espansione termica e la conducibilit termica della lega tal quale, trattata termicamente e dei suoi compositi diminuiscono all'aumentare del contenuto di rinforzo. I valori sperimentali di CTE e conduttivit termica sono stati confrontati con la modellazione sviluppata e la FEA stata utilizzata per studiare la distribuzione dei valori di CTE e conduttivit termica nella regione interfacciale. Questi compositi possono essere materiali alternativi per veicoli spaziali, componenti di aerei e parti di automobili.

As r pidas mudan as que se verificam atualmente nos materiais, procuram a redu o de peso e materiais de baixo custo como as ligas de alum nio e os seus comp sitos. Os AAC est o a tornar-se potenciais materiais de engenharia, oferecendo uma excelente combina o de propriedades, tais como elevada resist ncia espec fica, elevada rigidez espec fica, condutividade el ctrica e t rmica, baixo coeficiente de expans o t rmica e resist ncia ao desgaste. Devido sua excelente combina o de propriedades, os CAA est o a ser utilizados em diversas aplica es nos sectores autom vel, mineiro e mineral, aeroespacial, da defesa e outros sectores relacionados. Os resultados revelam que o coeficiente de expans o t rmica, a condutividade t rmica da liga como fundida, tratada termicamente e os seus comp sitos diminuem medida que o teor de refor o aumenta. O valor experimental do CTE e da condutividade t rmica foi comparado com a modela o em desenvolvimento e a FEA foi utilizada para investigar a distribui o do valor do CTE e da condutividade t rmica na regi o interfacial. Estes comp sitos podem ser materiais alternativos para componentes de naves espaciais e avi es e pe as de autom veis.

Aluminiumlegierungen werden zu potenziellen technischen Werkstoffen, die eine hervorragende Kombination von Eigenschaften wie hohe spezifische Festigkeit, hohe spezifische Steifigkeit, elektrische und thermische Leitf higkeit, niedriger W rmeausdehnungskoeffizient und Verschlei festigkeit bieten. Aufgrund ihrer ausgezeichneten Eigenschaftskombination werden Porenbetonwerkstoffe in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie, im Bergbau und in der Mineralienindustrie, in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, im Verteidigungssektor und in anderen verwandten Bereichen eingesetzt. Das Ergebnis zeigt, dass der W rmeausdehnungskoeffizient und die W rmeleitf higkeit der gussfertigen, w rmebehandelten Legierung und ihrer Verbundwerkstoffe mit zunehmendem Verst rkungsgehalt abnehmen. Die experimentellen Werte des WAK und der W rmeleitf higkeit wurden mit den Ergebnissen der Modellierung und der FEA verglichen, um die Verteilung der Werte des WAK und der W rmeleitf higkeit im Grenzfl chenbereich zu untersuchen.
