Este estudo centraliza na analise da utiliza o das ferramentas de custo nas empresas cal adistas de Nova Serrana/MG e sua estrutura o de precifica o. Para responder ao problema de pesquisa proposto e atingir o objetivo, foram entrevistados quatro representantes de empresas do ramo cal adista, atrav s de um roteiro estruturado, afim de levantar dados a cerca da utiliza o de ferramentas de custos e m todos de precifica o. Os resultados apontam que as empresas buscam capacita o e melhoraria na sua m o de obra, mas ainda possuem dificuldades de utilizar na pr tica as ferramentas de custos As empresas entrevistadas demonstraram que o uso cotidiano das ferramentas de custo se limitam as mais b sicas e de cultura familiar, n o utilizando de m todos mais complexos e estruturados, al m de n o possu rem m todos de precifica o mais sofisticados.

Cette tude se concentre sur l'analyse de l'utilisation des outils de mesure des co ts dans les entreprises de chaussures de Nova Serrana/MG et de leur structure de prix. Pour r pondre au probl me de recherche propos et atteindre l'objectif, quatre repr sentants d'entreprises de l'industrie de la chaussure ont t interrog s l'aide d'un script structur afin de recueillir des donn es sur l'utilisation des outils de co t et des m thodes de fixation des prix. Les r sultats montrent que les entreprises cherchent former et am liorer leur main-d'oeuvre, mais qu'elles ont encore des difficult s utiliser les outils de calcul des co ts dans la pratique. Les entreprises interrog es ont montr que leur utilisation quotidienne des outils de calcul des co ts se limitait aux m thodes les plus basiques et les plus famili res, et qu'elles n'utilisaient pas de m thodes plus complexes et plus structur es, ni de m thodes de calcul des prix plus sophistiqu es.

Diese Studie konzentriert sich auf die Analyse des Einsatzes von Kosteninstrumenten in Schuhunternehmen in Nova Serrana/MG und deren Preisstruktur. Zur Beantwortung des vorgeschlagenen Forschungsproblems und zur Erreichung des Ziels wurden vier Vertreter von Unternehmen der Schuhindustrie anhand eines strukturierten Skripts befragt, um Daten ber den Einsatz von Kosteninstrumenten und Preisbildungsmethoden zu sammeln. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Unternehmen nach Schulungen und Verbesserungen ihrer Arbeitskr fte suchen, aber immer noch Schwierigkeiten bei der Anwendung von Kostenwerkzeugen in der Praxis haben. Die befragten Unternehmen zeigten, dass sich ihr t glicher Gebrauch von Kostenwerkzeugen auf die einfachsten und bekanntesten beschr nkt und dass sie weder komplexere und strukturierte Methoden noch ausgefeiltere Preisbildungsmethoden anwenden.

Cost tools help companies manage and market their products or services, contributing to greater competitiveness and internal control in the generation of data and control of companies' production costs. This study focuses on analyzing the use of cost tools in footwear companies in Nova Serrana/MG and their pricing structure. To answer the proposed research problem and achieve the objective, four representatives of companies in the footwear industry were interviewed using a structured script, in order to gather data on the use of cost tools and pricing methods. The results show that the companies are looking for training and improvements in their workforce, but they still have difficulties in using cost tools in practice. The companies interviewed showed that their day-to-day use of cost tools is limited to the most basic and familiar, and they don't use more complex and structured methods, nor do they have more sophisticated pricing methods.
