Electric Discharge Machines (EDM) play a pivotal role in manufacturing across a wide range of industries, including electronics, medical, and aerospace. EDM is applicable for machining modern materials such as metal matrix composites (MMC), alloys, nanomaterials, ceramics, and other difficult-to-cut substances. Notably, EDM allows for machining without direct tool-to-workpiece contact, which eliminates shear stress on the tool, reduces vibrations, and achieves excellent surface finishes. EDM is also capable of producing parts with tight tolerances.The implementation of ISO 14000 standards and the emergence of concepts such as the 6R principles and circular economy have driven various manufacturing sectors toward environmentally conscious and sustainable practices. En effet la caract ristique I(V) du g n rateur d pend de l' clairement solaire et de la temp rature. Ces variations climatiques entra nent la fluctuation du point de puissance maximale.
