Mental health issues are common in people with epilepsy, and the stigma associated with the condition can exacerbate this. For children with epilepsy, having their peers witness episodes can be very difficult. Without proper education, it can lead to other children being scared of the seizures or, indeed, the child with epilepsy.In addition to being a story about a little boy with epilepsy, the book provides important information for parents and caregivers at the back.
