Negro-African literature in French is one of a number of appellations most commonly used to describe a body of literary texts written in French by Africans and those of African descent from roughly 1920 onward. Per invertire le minacce, in atto un massiccio intervento pubblico che utilizza una linea guida nazionale nota come Sviluppo partecipativo dei bacini idrografici su base comunitaria, il cui impatto deve ancora essere misurato. Pertanto, per valutare l'impatto del programma, lo studio ha utilizzato fonti di dati primarie e secondarie.
