Ziel dieser Studie war es, zu untersuchen, wie E-Learning in der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Hebammen im ghanaischen Gesundheitsdienst in der Ashanti-Region verbessert werden kann. Ziel der Literaturrecherche war es, die vorhandene Literatur ber die Wirksamkeit von E-Learning in der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Arbeitnehmern in verschiedenen Organisationen zu berpr fen. F r die Studie wurde eine gemischte Methode aus quantitativen und qualitativen Forschungsans tzen gew hlt. Als quantitatives Forschungsdesign wurde in dieser Studie die Umfrage und als qualitatives Forschungsdesign die Fallstudie verwendet. Die verwendeten Stichprobenverfahren umfassten eine gezielte Auswahl von f nfzig (50) Hebammen im Rahmen des quantitativen Ansatzes und im Falle des qualitativen Ansatzes wurde ebenfalls ein gezieltes Stichprobenverfahren verwendet, um f nf (5) E-Learning-F rderer innerhalb des Gesundheitsdienstes der Ashanti Region auszuw hlen. Mit Hilfe von Frageb gen wurden Daten von den f nfzig (50) Hebammen gesammelt, die an der Studie teilnahmen. Ein pers nliches, ausf hrliches Einzelinterview wurde ebenfalls verwendet, um ausf hrliche Informationen von den f nf (5) E-Learning-F rderern zu erhalten. Lo scopo di questo studio stato quello di indagare su come migliorare l'e-learning nella formazione e nello sviluppo delle ostetriche del Servizio Sanitario del Ghana nella regione di Ashanti. L'obiettivo della revisione della letteratura stato quello di esaminare la letteratura esistente sull'efficacia dell'e-learning nella formazione e nello sviluppo dei lavoratori in varie organizzazioni. Lo studio ha adottato un metodo misto di ricerca quantitativa e qualitativa. Il disegno di ricerca quantitativo utilizzato in questo studio stato il sondaggio, mentre quello qualitativo stato lo studio di caso. Le tecniche di campionamento utilizzate hanno incluso un campionamento mirato di cinquanta (50) ostetriche nell'approccio quantitativo e, nel caso dell'approccio qualitativo, stata utilizzata anche la tecnica del campionamento mirato per selezionare cinque (5) facilitatori di e-learning all'interno del Servizio Sanitario della Regione Ashanti. I questionari sono stati utilizzati per raccogliere i dati dalle cinquanta (50) ostetriche che hanno partecipato allo studio. Per raccogliere informazioni approfondite dai cinque (5) facilitatori di e-learning stata utilizzata anche un'intervista individuale approfondita faccia a faccia. Per analizzare i dati raccolti dalle ostetriche stato utilizzato il programma SPSS, versione 20.0. I dati raccolti dall'intervista sono stati analizzati tematicamente.

The authors of this book provide the first review of haptic optical tweezers, a new technique which brings together force feedback teleoperation and optical tweezers. This technique allows users to explore the microworld by sensing and exerting piconewton-scale forces with trapped microspheres. The design of optical tweezers for high-quality haptic feedback is challenging, given the requirements for very high sensitivity and dynamic stability. The concept, design process and specification of optical tweezers reviewed throughout this book focus on those intended for haptic teleoperation. The authors provide two new specific designs as well as the current state of the art. Furthermore, the remaining important issues are identified for further developments.
