My focus through high school was basketball, but l graduated to get a strong education at Morehouse College. From there, I defied a down economy to land a well-paying job in the insurance industry. The trajectory of my life changed, though, when I met who I very quickly knew would be my spouse.She challenged me to be the best I could which revealed the deepest parts of my persona, and then she left. Having sacrificed my livelihood for the possibility of spending more time with those I cared about, I found myself in a free fall with nothing to grasp but my faith.
